This Condo can also be rented as a 1bed/1bath for a reduced rate. Fantastic Location-Walk to everything! Medano Beach is 250 feet away, less than a 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants "The Office" , "Ediths", "Tres Sirenas", "Bar Esquina", "Gardenas" and so many more. The Marina, and the associated Luxury shopping mall, and downtown are all less than a 5 minute walk also. No need for a rental car. You are there, the condo is right in the heart of all that Cabo has to offer. The Condo features

The condo is spacious, clean and has more than enough supplies and extras to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Communication is excellent with great recommendations for dining and activities. We would definitely stay again. Location is in a great spot, close to beach and close to marina and downtown!!

Better than expected, and I expected Awesome!

To say this property was excellent is an understatement. It is so safe, clean, well stocked, perfect proximity to the beach, marina, local restaurants to everything. Owner supplied, shampoo, body wash plenty of paper supplies, beer, water, condiments. The kitchen is excellently stocked with anything and everything you could ever imagine you would need to use. If you’re visiting Cabo and you wanna place that is close to the nightlife but far enough away for peaceful sleeping, this your place!!

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

This condo was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean, had a beautiful view and was conveniently located. Bradley was a great host and very accommodating, as was the concierge, Hector. We would definitely come back our next stay in Cabo. Highly recommend!

Amazing Cabo Getaway – 5-Star Host and Location

We had the absolute best experience with our host, Brad. He genuinely cares about making sure his guests have an unforgettable stay. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to provide helpful tips that saved us a lot of time. Being our first time in Cabo, his local insights were invaluable—he shared fantastic restaurant suggestions and advice that made our trip so much smoother. The condo itself is nothing short of picture-perfect, though the photos don’t even do it justice. It's in a prime location, close to everything, and feels like a luxurious home away from home. Every amenity you could think of is provided, making it not just comfortable but truly first-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this host and property for anyone visiting Cabo!

Excellent spot and owner

The owner was fantastic, provided excellent guidance and suggestions on activities and restaurants. The location is fantastic and only a 150 steps to the beach. The residence was very clean and organized, the furniture and fixtures were very nice as well as the overall décor. The bedrooms as well as the living area were very large and well laid out. A big caution is the management company is not very straightforward. I highly suggest that you do not purchase groceries or anything from them. Other other than that we had a great day.

Fun trip! Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was seamless. Was able to have all the groceries delivered before we got there. Tons on things to see and do within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and made out trip very relaxing!

Great Location

We had an awesome stay. Owner was very helpful with booking and all questions. We would recommend staying at the condo. We rented as a two bedroom. Everything that you need for a perfect stay was in the unit.
