Great property! Highly recommend! Spacious, clean, has everything you need for cooking, beds and furniture are comfortable, outdoor furniture is sturdy and comfortable.Can’t beat Beachfront with a nice little bridge that takes you right over to the beach! Third time to stay at this home, I think that says it all!

We enjoyed our stay here. Total of 3 different families in the house and we all had enough space and enjoyed the easy access/private boardwalk to the beach.

The only disappointing thing was the washer and dryer is located down on garage. Very rusty. The location, quiet beach, beautiful home, view …extraordinary, walk to beach short and efficient, the kitchen area in garage could use a facelift but not an outdoor person for cooking. Love this place ! If your needing quiet moments to collect thoughts and relax this is the place

Please note the washer and dryer are in a laundry closet on the first floor. They are. are also just a couple of years old, and work great. The top of the dryer is rusty since the saltwater air gets though and rusts any metal immediately and this began after it was only a few weeks old. It does not impact the workings of the laundry at all.

Five stars! This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The location right on the beach is fantastic, and the layout gives adults and kids their own space to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the downstairs area is ideal for washing off sand, hanging out, and eating outdoors (plus, great beach toys provided!).Check-in had a minor key lockbox hiccup, but the property manager answered right away and sorted it out in minutes. The bunk room tends to run a little warm, but standing fans are provided in the house to handle it easily. We had an incredible stay and would love to book this property again next time we’re in Galveston.

The best thing about this cabin is everything. We had seven people for my daughter’s bd including my 2 grand kids ages 5 and 7. You basically can not sit anywhere in this place and not see the beach. And the beach is private and incredibly close.Maybe the best thing for a family is that there are 2 living areas with big screen TVs. So the kids can watch Sponge Bob while we watch sports and movies. Already rented for next summer. Highly recommend.

Property was exactly as posted. Layout is perfect with ample space for family to have small and large group activities without feeling crowded or cramped. Beautiful back deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped.Beach access via short walkover made it so easy to set up. Very private stretch of beach was quiet and fun for wade fishing. WiFi was good throughout stay. Cold AC. Grocery store, gas, etc all within 5 minutes. Family gathering of 12 older teens and adults. Perfect sized house for large meals, game night, sitting on one of the two decks with lots of chairs and tables. Communication with host was excellent and we cannot wait to return.

Property was as listed. This was our 8th consecutive Memorial Day in Galveston, each having stayed at a different house. This was the best house we've stayed at so far. Air conditioning worked really well. There was a lot of area under the house to sit and relax from the sun. Beds were nice. Internet worked really well. There was an Ice Machine! Nice touch.

My family loves staying at Beachfront Rose. The set up is perfect with 2 living areas and a table large enough for the whole family to sit together. Looking over the beach from the deck is a perfect way to relax. We already reserved it and will be returning next summer!
