Beautifully located on the tranquil rolling hills with panoramic views of the sea, coast and country, the contemporary air-conditioned 3-bedrooms Villa Arco da Calheta Inn has all the features to make it the perfect holiday villa, wirth an inside/out living area that with the solarium, pool and barbecue creates a wonderful social area with loads of natural light and an extremely high quality.
The living area is totally open plan and comprises a seating area with flat-screen cable TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. An adjoining shower room can be found off the living area, as can a laundry room.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with king-sized double beds and en-suite shower rooms and sea-view, with the front balcony. The third bedroom have two single beds and share the family shower room.

Outstanding panoramic views of the sea can be seen from the infinity style pool with optional heating and from the solarium that occupies the whole of the front of the house, with sun-beds, outdoor furniture and dining table and a built-in barbecue.

Secure parking and lovely flowerbeds are found at the rear of the villa.

Less than two kilometres uphill is the ever more popular and quaint village of Prazeres with a selection of restaurants and cafés, a good mini-market and cashpoint. Only 6 km away (just over 5 minutes drive) is the resort of Calheta with its man-made golden beach, a further selection of restaurants, bars, a branded supermarket and bank.

There are many walks around Prazeres and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside
Pool heating is optional ( 35 euros per day) for 27ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
