Villa de 2 chambres, 4 couchages + 1 (sur canapĂ©-lit), vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an et grand salon extĂ©rieur, comprenant une superbe piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement avec cascade et une grande piscine chauffĂ©e. Le soleil se couche sur l'ocĂ©an, juste devant la villa. La villa a Ă©tĂ© achevĂ©e en 2008 Ă  un niveau exceptionnel avec chaque chambre bĂ©nĂ©ficiant de la vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes, y compris un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur amĂ©ricain avec de la glace et de l'eau froide. Des espaces de vie dĂ©cloisonnĂ©s, y compris un accĂšs Internet gratuit. DĂźner en plein air sous l'olivier antique et le magnifique dragon (une espĂšce indigĂšne de l'Ăźle) ainsi que divers arbres fruitiers et autres animaux insulaires dans les jardins de la villa. Nous avons installĂ© un nouveau spa / spa pour 5 personnes Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine et crĂ©Ă© un spectaculaire Miradouro (belvĂ©dĂšre) au bout des jardins avec vue sur le phare de Ponta do Pargo et les magnifiques falaises cĂŽtiĂšres oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et profiter de la superbe vue sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Nous avons deux grands lits de repos doubles en bois dur. Nous avons Ă©galement installĂ© un sauna infrarouge intĂ©rieur pour 2 personnes pour votre plus grand plaisir et la climatisation dans toute la villa.

Das Highlight des schönen Hauses sind die Lage und der Blick, wirklich unvergleichlich. Abends auf einer der Terassen zu sitzen und den Leuchtturm zu beobachten
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber reagieren auf Emails sofort und sind extrem hilfsbereit - eine sehr nette Kommunikation. Pools und Sauna haben wir wetterbedingt nicht genutzt, aber es gibt ja auch noch ein kleines Haus mit einem guten Poolbillardtisch und den Kicker . Bequeme Betten und großzĂŒgige Badezimmer runden das Bild ab.Falls sich jemand - wie wir - fragt: Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine fĂŒr Filterkaffee, aber auch einen Toaster, einen Sandwichmaker und einen Mixer.

Quiet location with great views. Check-in was a little difficult. VRBO communicated incorrect code for key lockbox. House was lovely with some minor issues. Namely, hot water was rarely available for showering. Minor issue but soap/shampoo dish in shower & towel racks in bathrooms would be nice.

Stunningly beautiful home and location! we had to work during our brief stay to take advantage of the many lovely spots around the property to enjoy views and amenities. We enjoyed a game of pool in what has to be the best view from a billiards room ever! The gardens are obviously carefully and abundantly tended. We enjoyed taking walks along local levadas, literally situated within steps of front gate. Perfect place to enjoy and explore the beauty of Madeira

An absolutely incredible house, kitted out to the very best standards and words cannot describe the view.The part of the island it is in, is quiet, you do need a car to get around the local area, however the quiet is also part of its charm.I already miss it.

A beautiful villa with views and vistas parallel to none. As we were paying more for the villa than for any five star accommodation, we expected a a little bit more attention on the amenities provided with in - towels (had to wash them again as they felt old), no coffee pods, no foil, basic toiletries, a cleaning system for the pool (have seen robotic machines in other villas we had stayed). Glad the views and the space compensated for these gaps and all in all we managed to have an amazing stay.

The Sunsets Linger On...

We spent 6 nights in Funchal and 3 nights at Quinta Pereira. QP was a wonderful counter-balance to a busy first week. Contemporary and tastefully appointed villa, gorgeous patios and terraces, lovely pool and hot tub, and stunning views. Amenities, restaurants et al are a 10-15 minute drive away. A surreal retreat for two couples.

Paradise and Seclusion

This property is as advertised. Spectacular views, no homes or construction between you and the cliffs. Huge glass doors/walls everywhere allows you to fully drink in the setting. a variety of relaxing places to sit and enjoy the views; both out in the open and under cover for when it rains. the amenities were in alignment with the property and it was easy to get in and out. we wanted a beautiful setting away from it all and this property delivered 150%. we wanted a home base on the west side of the island and will definitely stay here again.

Mornings in Madeira

The house and property is stunning! The welcome bottle of Syrah was appreciated. There is so much space and multiple outdoor seating areas. The beds were extremely comfortable. Several balconies provide incredible views. The jacuzzi was dreamy in the evening, when it wasn’t raining. It was too cold to use either of the pools but I’m sure would be amazing during warmer months. We even had a little 4 legged visitor on day one who seemed to pop over just to welcome us to the property. Overall the property is highly recommended. There were a couple cons however. The downstairs bathroom which vents into the laundry room and not outside, had an awful smell of sewage. We had to keep the door shut during our stay just to make using the living room bearable. We also had to keep windows open to get fresh air. Another issue we ran into was the electricity going out when we tried to do laundry. Recommend that if doing laundry, do it at a time when other use of electricity is limited. The property is pretty tucked away from most populated areas, but the seclusion was very peaceful, a great place to let go of stress and strife and to connect with the earth.

Ein fantastisches Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ließ wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es hat von allen Zimmern eine großartige Aussicht, ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt.

Great views but lacking cleanliness

Our stay at the villa was disappointing. We arrived to find a construction crew building a staircase, something we were never told about. The property manager's response was a weak "sorry, bad communication," and the crew didn’t leave until the end of the day. Cleanliness was also an issue—mould in the coffee maker, and my wife had to clean the whole villa, including one of the showers. The jacuzzi and pool looked less than clean, and the villa itself felt a bit run down, though it could be easily fixed. We encountered a cockroach on the first night, adding to the discomfort caused by the overall lack of cleanliness. On the plus side, the view is stunning, and the villa is well-equipped—just in need of better upkeep. Thankfully, we arrived on a Friday and avoided the construction over the weekend, but the heavy construction noise next door wasn’t mentioned in the advert. If you're okay with beautiful views and the sound of construction, this place could work for you. We really needed a few days relaxing break, but instead got stress.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

We loved our stay in Madeira; especially long mornings overlooking the ocean on the many beautiful sitting areas of this home. The view and stargazing was beyond fantastic. Wendy is an attentive and considerate host! It is a decent drive to popular areas; however, we had no trouble getting around. Wonderful time!

Great house in gorgeous surroundings

The house is spacious and well equipped. The beds are good and the swimming pools very nice. Lovely seats at various points outside. There is a garden room almost ready, that will be a beautiful addition to the house. Everything you need for a fantastic, quiet holiday is there and if you want to explore the island, most places are reachable around 1 h , 1h15 min. Highly recommended

Unfassbar gut

Wir (mit unserem 4 jĂ€hrigen Sohn) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestatten Objekt mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Es mangelt dem Objekt an nichts. Die Einrichtung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig. Das Bett und die Matratzen sind sehr hochwertig. Wir haben ĂŒberhaupt nicht gefremdelt und konnte ohne Umstellung den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Wassermöglichkeiten haben auch unseren Filio begeistert, vorallem die angenehmen Temperaturen des beheizten Pools. Die Kulisse und die vielen Pflanzen geben dem Objekt was ganz besonderes. Die Technik im Haus ermöglichen auch das problemlose remote Arbeiten in die Heimat, falls doch spontan was erledigt werden muss. Es verlief alles so reibungslos, dass wir im gesamten Aufenthalt den Service bei Probleme nicht in Anspruch nehmen musste, daher können wir lediglich den positiven und freundlichen Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise nur hervorheben. Rundum war einfach alles super! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
