Nestled in the quaint housing area of Shellman Bluff, this remodeled Kipp St Coastal Home is ready for your visit. Located within a short distance to Hunter's Restaurant and along the scenic Shellman Bluff. Another way to explore bluff life is by waterway. Bring your boat and take advantage of the great fishing and crabbing. Perhaps you prefer exploring the barrier Islands like St Catherine's, Blackbeard or Sapelo. Easy access to park your boat and trailer on the property. The Golf Course, Sapelo Hammock, is about a mile away. Neighboring cities that offer shopping are Brunswick, Richmond Hill or Savannah, GA. Come taste the Bluff Life and experience the rejuvenation. Property includes an oversized Front And Back Porch For Lounging, Grilling, Etc.
A short distance or golf cart ride to local restaurants, marinas, and more. Plenty of yard space for horseshoes and parking! Peaceful and Spacious

The house was just as described and perfect! The location was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the bluff. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect cottage

Went down to spend thanksgiving with family that live in the area. Cottage very well kept. Had everything we needed. Super clean super comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. Will be back.

In the shade at Shellmans Bluff!

Just what we needed! Clean, nicely decorated and just a short walk to the bluff and marina. Plenty of room inside and outside. Nice yard and a covered carport in the back. Thank you again, Judith!

Cottage in the heart of Shellman's

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The GA coast is very beautiful. The property manager was superb! We had a slight issue with the AC and she had someone there within hours to fix it....we truly appreciate all she did to make it happen so quickly! We will stay again!!

Convenient location, close to restaurants and entertainment and activities.

Impressed by property manager and the motivation to go beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was pleasant. Property was clean and all basic necessities were provided. I brought all I needed, but used some of the basics as back-up. You always run out of something!

Family reunion at the coast

It was convenient and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the decor, The only thing that concerned us was the silverware drawer. It needs to be fixed so it does not slide out when opening. Everything else was great and everything we needed was there. Thank you for checking on us.

Toilet in Master bath room not working. Wood steps on deck and front very slippery after rain, needs to be cleaned and pressure washed. Dead bolt on front door would not lock.

Thad, my sincerest apologies that your stay was less than satisfactory. I went to the property today to check the dead bolt. I unlocked and locked it 5 times before it ever malfunctioned. The result on this new lock is that it will not engage if the door is slammed tight but works fine with a casual closing. I will be certain to advise others of a gentle closing until the door adjustment is made. I do wish that you had called me about the toilet not working. I checked the text I sent to you. I did give you my cell number along with the lock box key code. I have folks on standby for that kind of emergency repair. The refresh team were the last people in the house prior to your check in. They should have notified me of the plumbing problem. Regarding pressure wash, you are correct. It is spring and outdoor maintenance has been requested. Thank you for the constructive input. Quiet comfort!

So pretty and cozy. Feels just like a home away from home. Nicely stocked. We stayed while I worked in nearby Hinesville: didn’t even mind the drive to and from work. Private and Quiet.

Celebrating our mom's 80th birthday (actual birthday was during quarantine. )

We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint neighborhood. Only recommendation would be adding a handicap bar on the bathtub. My elderly mother had difficulty getting in and out of the tub to shower.

Great Lil' Fish Camp

This is a great little place to stay if you want to have peace and quiet. The accommodations are spacious and decorated with a beachy, nautical theme. The beds are super comfy. The air condition is cool, and the television reception is good. There is no Wi-Fi, however, and we could not get cellular service using T-Mobile. We barbecued using the charcoal grill. (bring your own charcoal) We ate at Old School Cafe, which was delicious. We took a charter out shark fishing in Darien. We relaxed on comfy couches and spent family time together. For that, it was perfect!

I am the manager for The Kipp Street property. I am a native of Savannah Ga and I came to Shellman Bluff about a year ago.
Well it seems like the sand got in my shoes and now I never want to leave. I felt like it was only fair to warn you about that sand.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

There is no private dock or water access, However, the property has a great location within a mile of the Marina. Nearby is also a Local Restaurant, a River view and boat hoist. In addition it is nestled in a very tiny, tiny and clean and quiet subdivision. Ideal for bike riding or walking down to the bluff to view the river.
