Tucked away in a quiet resort, this condo right near the ocean is a true retreat. You can spy both the ocean and the shared pool directly from the balcony! Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. Both rooms include a king size bed, a ceiling fan, and a full en suite bathroom. The full-size futon allows for additional sleeping space or a place to rest in the middle of the day. Guests can also enjoy access to the lovely oceanfront pool as part of their stay. There's just so much to enjoy!

Walk over to the beach with ease, thanks to the beach access right near the condo. Take a break from enjoying the water and enjoy lunch at The Quarterdeck just 230 meters (less than one quarter mile) from the condo. Drive just under seven kilometers (just under four-and-a-half miles) to enjoy the Placencia Municipal Pier, a hub of local activity and commerce near a beautiful beach. Unwind with a massage at the Secret Garden Massage, Day Spa and Yoga Center just 6.6 kilometers (just over four miles) from the condo.

Lovely condo on the beach

Wonderful location on the beach. We loved how comfortable and clean the condo was. The area felt safe and secluded yet within walking distance of a few fun restaurants and stores.Would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

The location was great, just enough away from the village to be quiet and relaxing but an easy drive in when you want food or a good bar to go to. The check in was super easy, communication was great and the place was clean and cozy. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Amazing and relaxing

Place was very clean, had everything needed for our stay. The view from the balcony directly to the pool was great to watch the kids from and also the view of the beach right in front was breath taking . Balcony was big and very nice to watch the moon with the coconut trees.

Best value for the money in Belize!

I loved everything about this Villa, most especially, the fantastic view of both the pool and the sea. The sound of the loud crashing waves on the shoreline was a balm to my soul and I felt a peace deep within, I hadn’t felt in a long time. The two days I spent in this place was worth its weight in gold, and I left feeling refreshed. If given the opportunity I would return to this condo and this place in a heart beat.

Outdated but clean

Pros: The location is fantastic—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access. The onsite pool is well maintained, and the grounds are raked and tidied each morning. The condo itself was very clean upon arrival. Cons: The condo is quite dated, with decor and furnishings that appear original to the 1960s or 70s. The air conditioning was inconsistent, and the older-style louvered windows did little to block out the heat. The kitchen was minimally stocked—just enough for our group of four to prepare and eat basic meals (e.g., only four dinner forks). The gas stove struggled with performance; it took over 30 minutes to bring a pot of water to a boil.

Don't do it, teaser price for a dump with no air conditioning or working fans

Worst rental experience ever. Didn't expect much, but description say air conditioning and pool bar. You get nothing of the sort. Local property support was non existent. Walked into a 88 degree room and still waiting for a refund. Ended up walking away and booking a Caribbean Beach Cabanas which was fantastic. This listing has to be a scam.

Great price to be right on the beach

Upon landing, our original booking was not available. There is very little internet access in Belize so getting communication was very difficult and a stressful way to start our vacation. Because they changed the booking I didn’t get the address before we left the airport (where we had internet) so we didn’t have the exact location and finding the place in the dark was troublesome. Again, the price was great to be directly on the beach, but some tidying and cleaning, a foot wash outside the front door, and some work on the plumbing would go a long way. All of the sinks and showers backed up with every use. Also alerting guests to the beach gnats and ants would have been helpful so we could’ve brought spray and not been eaten alive the very first night.

Perfect place to relax and lauch Placencia adventures from

This condo / resort is maintained well and ideally located if you have a car. The resort pool was nicer and larger than it looked. The pool area became a wonderful social scene with most everyone staying at Beachside Villas (12 condo units total and about 1/2 full when we went) gather to compare notes of the days adventures or just shoot the breeze. Enjoyed massages & Happy Hour at neighboring resort Roberts Grove. There are three nice hotel resturants within easy walking distance and even rented a Hobie Cat from one resort. There is a small 'sorta grass-reef' about 30 yards from shore that runs about 100 yards. Lots of marine life considering it's location. Superb for small kids snorkel intro & adults alike. Also, glad we booked through Vacassa! They reached out prior to our trip so I asked some some critical questions. They did the research and came back with answers within a day - Thanks Pamela. While staying there we had three little issues and Vacassa responded via text within minutes and resolved all three professionally and same day - Thanks Kaprie. Condo was clean, Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and enjoyed hanging out on deck often. Bed's are very comfortable too - the double twin bed fit our two very tall adult kids with room to spare. We stayed 9 days and would definitely stay here again. Btw - need to use the lighter to light stove - now we know ;) Enjoy your stay

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved our stay. Merriam and Shelton were amazing when we arrived and didn't have the access code. Merriam and Rose continued to make our stay perfect. Suggesting local places to go and making sure we were taken care of. Loved it!
