Notre confortable condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Chaque chambre s'ouvre sur une terrasse couverte spacieuse à travers des portes en acajou français fabriqués à la main. Pour votre confort, l'unité propose un service Internet, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, une télévision par câble, la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Notre propriété a des comptoirs de cuisine en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et toutes les commodités de la maison dans notre cuisine entièrement équipée avec un magnifique décor de carreaux mexicains. Le condo comprend une piscine saline partagée au bord de l'eau, un quai d'observation au toit de chaume sur les Caraïbes et une cour de barbecue de groupe pour votre plaisir. De plus, il y a un hangar à bateaux partagé, un quai de 75 pieds et des cales de bateau privées. Le lever et le coucher du soleil sont les moments les plus magiques de la journée. Amazing! Beautifully appointed and decorated with stunning views, we instantly felt at home. The host was responsive and gracious and the caretakers are always close by to help. Close to the village, yet serene and quiet, we often had the pool, hot tub and docks to ourselves. Our family loves Sunset Pointe and can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful villa on Sunset Pointe

Everything was as listed and even better than we expected. We truly enjoyed our week in this villa that had all the amenities of home. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. We hope to visit again sometime!

Very enjoyable holiday

Stayed in San Pedro and Placencia and preferred Placencia. The condo is located just a 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Easy walk or cabs always available. The Beach Club is a great perk. Really enjoyed lunch and leisurely lunch there. Would definitely return. Great holiday.

Wonderful place

Water views on both sides, with the 2 awesome decks. You can watch the boats come and go in the canal over your morning coffee Very quiet and clean. Excellent beds. Many extras like more linens/towels, spices, ice maker, and beach passes. Owners treat you like royalty. Cant wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was so wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms & bathrooms were lovely. The balcony views from both the lagoon side & the Caribbean side, no words other than to say we were living in Paradise!!! The pool was great!! Beth was fantastic to work with when making my reservation & answering any questions I had. I will definitely stay there again.

Great property in quiet area

Very happy with our stay here. communication with host was great. Arrival went well. The property is a short walk from anywhere with much to do so it might be nice to rent a golf cart. But excursions were able to pick us right up in front of the location or even on the dock which is right out front. The inside of this place is very nice and clean and we were very happy.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. Amazing views from both sides of the condo. Very clean. Loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck. We did pre-arrange for a golf cart because it would be a longer walk to town and that worked out fine. The pool is pretty small, so we did take advantage of the beach club passes and really enjoyed that. There was a deck area and pool with a swim up bar and then the beach as well. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Five nights of Placencia Bliss

Our family of five was fortunate to have found the right condo for us. Plenty of room, great decks to enjoy the spectacular views, accommodations just perfect for three generations. We rented a golf cart mostly because of grandma. The two excursions we found through the manager Francisco's suggestions. He was a delight. Will be back.

Paradise in Belize

Truly even better than pictured! We spent most of our time on the spacious balconies in between our scuba diving and general exploration of Placencia. It was perfect for our family of four!! Easy 10 minute walk into the village, but having a cat was also beneficial when venturing to the northern area restaurants in Placencia and Belize in general. Also, a major plus that this condo is on the 2nd floor ( gorgeous views). We’ll be back!

Beautiful Property

Sunset Pointe was beautiful. Rental was clean, spacious and well equipped. Having two bathrooms and separate beds for our teens was great. I spent many hours on the deck watching the boat traffic go by. Only suggestion for future guests is to organize a golf cart rental ahead of time. We were there between Christmas and New Years and golf carts were all booked. It’s about a 10 min walk in to the main road in Placencia, and then another 5-20 min walk depending where you are going. A golf cart would have been lovely. Highly recommend taking advantage of free passes to the Placencia Beach Club. Gorgeous place with good food and service. It’s about. 25 min walk, or you can call for a ride (for a fee I believe). Nearby grocery stores are severely lacking, so didn’t end up doing any cooking despite having a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend Rumfish restaurant for a nice dinner. Very close by and food and service were outstanding. One suggestion for the owners is to consider replacing the queen bed in the master. It wasn’t very comfortable and squeaked loudly with every move. A king bed would be even better. Thanks for letting us stay and enjoy your property.

Would have stayed longer

We really enjoyed this condo for Christmas. Well-built, great views, all you need and more. The location is quiet, but close enough to the village for all your needs. Recommend a golf cart rental for those with young kids or just to have more fun. The master bed was way too firm and there was not enough TP for our 3-day stay (TP and paper towels need better brand), otherwise this condo was wonderful! Pool is great, too! Loved watching so many boats come and go.

Perfect Spot!

If you are going to Placencia, this is the spot to stay. It's a super short walk to the sidewalk, the grocery store, and the best restaurants in the area while also being quiet and private. The condo itself is clean and roomy. The kitchen has everything you could need and the beds are very comfortable! The one thing that I'd note is that there isn't a way to log into netflix, hulu, etc. or the cast to the TV. If we go back we'll pack our chrome cast but we enjoyed playing monopoly and reading as well! This is THE SPOT to stay in Placencia. We could not have been happier. Thank you! :)

Spectacular Sunsets

We had a wonderful stay here in Placencia. Views were amazing from both decks. Condo was well stocked. Checkin with Francisco was easy. So many nice restaurants nearby. If you get a chance to book a snorkel or fishing trip - call Albert who is recommended by property. He and his son took us out for a fabulous trip. Highly recommend a stay here -- you will love it as we did.

Sunset Pointe was a delight!

Very nice villa! Quiet laid back vibe. We very much enjoyed sitting out most afternoon/eves on the front balcony watching the boats go through the channel. Always seemed to be a nice breeze to keep us comfortable. Head out to the dock Caribbean side for the best view of the sunrise. When wanting beach time we loved the free Beach Club passes. Just a phone call away for the free shuttle to transport you there. Just a 15-20 minute walk into the town to try out the many restaurants or little shops along the boardwalk. Yoli’s by Paradise Grill (10 min. Walk, keep your eyes peeled for the small sign with arrow)is a great stop for a drink over the ocean with a great view! The villa had everything we needed for when cooking in. Bring some dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo and you’re all set! We loved the panoramic view from the birds nest. Enjoyed a dinner up there as well! Another bonus was being picked up by a couple of boat excursion right from the shore in front! I would definitely choose this villa again if we ever get back to Placencia! Thank you Nabil for being so quick to respond to our questions etc!

Wonderful Host

We had a great stay at Sunset Pointe. The host and caretaker were very nice and flexible. They have lots of local contacts for scuba, snorkeling, boating and other adventures. When our plane was cancelled, they allowed us to stay an extra night an no cost. Truly an amazing gesture. Thank you so much for the stay. I hope others enjoy Sunset Pointe as much as we did.

Love This place!

We loved spending Christmas at Sunset Pointe. The place is spacious, and the design is wonderful. With all of the doors open, the breeze flowed through every room. We never had to turn on the A/C. The rooftop area is nice and the sunsets are amazing. This is our third time in Placencia, but our first time at Sunset Pointe. The kitchen has everything you need, and meals on the balcony are great on the days that you don’t want to go into the village to eat. The walk to the village is nice, but I recommend a taxi or golf cart of you are picking up groceries.

Better than imagined

The condo was exactly as pictured… but better in person! Super cool second story with amazing views of the waterways from all sides! The decks and deck furniture were beautiful and comfortable, as well as the lovely decor inside. Would make a point to not look anywhere else, but stay here again!
