Ce logement se trouve dans le complexe en multipropriété Worldmark et est géré par Wyndham, classé n° 3 des groupes hôteliers aux États-Unis (derrière Hilton et Marriott). Wyndham va bien au-delà des normes du secteur pour nous satisfaire, nous, les propriétaires Worldmark, ce qui nous incite à renouveler leur contrat de gestion chaque année. Le complexe de Kihei compte 200 logements et l’équipe d’entretien les maintient en parfait état. J’ai eu la chance d’accumuler de nombreux points de vacances Worldmark, mais je n’ai pas le temps de tous les utiliser. En tant que mes voyageurs, vous bénéficierez de tous les droits et privilèges accordés aux propriétaires habituels. Si quelque chose venait à se casser ou si vous veniez à manquer de produits de première nécessité pour la cuisine ou la salle de bains, il vous suffira d’appeler la réception et le personnel s’occupera de tout immédiatement. Le complexe est situé juste en face d’une superbe plage, Kamaole 1, très calme et adaptée aux enfants. Le complexe dispose également d’une belle piscine extérieure, bain à remous, d’une pataugeoire, d’espaces barbecue ainsi que de centres de remise en forme et de loisirs. Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur du logement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis et vous devez être âgé d’au moins 21 ans pour réserver. Lors de l’enregistrement, le complexe vous demandera une garantie de dommages par carte de crédit ou de débit, entièrement remboursable.<br>Les logements sont attribués le matin de l’enregistrement et on vous attribuera le meilleur logement disponible le jour de votre arrivée. Les photos que vous voyez ici sont fournies par le complexe et représentent un logement type. We had a wonderful stay in July 2026. The condo was very comfortable for 6 of us. The location was excellent with many things in walking distance including beautiful lifeguarded beaches. Shave ice truck by the property was great. Loved the pool. Staff were very friendly. Hope to make it back again in the future.

We had a great family vacation with our son, daughter in law and 3 granddaughters (7,5,2). Great property for families and Kihei is our favorite because you’re in close walking and driving distance to everything. There were some hiccups with WiFi and I was glad I wasn’t having a working vacation. The staff are super friendly and the host was very communicative when we reached out. We were there with the road damage from March but there is an easy detour and restaurants are open. No problems! Great trip

Excellent stay. Rooms are comfortable (solid AC’s in every room, beds and sheets are comfy). Food trucks, ABC store and beach within walking distance. I will be staying here again in the future!

Great location with a lot of shops, restaurants and activities along South Kihei Road, all within walking or short driving distance. The facilities were clean. The strong A/C was welcome since December was quite warm and humid.

3 bedrooms was ideal for our group. We stayed during a violent and lengthy storm and there was a little water leak in the main bedroom but otherwise the unit was secure. We enjoyed the pool area and it was set up nicely to allow our 11 month-old grandson to enjoy the pool too. We loved the central location of the property.

The Worldmark is a great facility. The pool was nice, unit was clean and well equippd and staff were professional. Very close to a great beach and we like Kihei although it was busier than last time we came to Maui.

Worldmark Kihei

Our family has the best memories at this location. The beach is just across the street, food and ABC stores are walking distance. The best sunsets and so many whales. We are in love with Maui.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Condo adequate for our group of 6. Easy access to plenty of towels etc. Great location, beach across the street, shopping etc very close. Only issue was internet which wasn't working for 2-3 d of our week.

Great trip

We went for my son’s wedding. We had 8 people staying. It’s was the perfect place. It was clean, roomy, and very accommodating. Close to the beach and many other things. The pool was relaxing. The only thing disappointing is the hot tub…it was too hot. Could not sit and enjoy it.

Size and location

Great size of unit for a family of 5. And loved being right across the street from the beach. Kihei is a nice relaxed town and was easy to get around. We didn’t use and of the pools or gym but walked by them and they looked nice. Pool seemed busy but gym was quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. We would come back in a heartbeat.

That Beach!

We spent 8 days on Maui and never wanted to leave! The location of this condo was perfect. We went to tons of places all over the island but near the end of our trip we discovered that we had the perfect beach right by the condo! We spent our last two days right there. This is the perfect location. The condo is super clean and very comfortable. The host is very attentive and quick to respond. The condo management is on top of keeping the place beautiful and responds quickly to all needs. Honestly! It was perfect!

Best Beds

World mark delivers again. They have the best beds! The kind that have you in Maui and not wanting to get out of them. The grounds were well kept, the room was nice. I don’t remember an extra Murphy bed in the living room being part of the listing. But that was a bonus. Great location and easy parking. Only reason for 4 stars at check in was because our room wasn’t ready when check in arrived. All in all, very pleased. Mahalo

Christmas in Kihei

The condo unit was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The resort is cozy and well-maintained and steps from the beach as well as a nice shopping and restaurant district. We had lovely ocean views from our unit. There was a bit of construction noise in the neighborhood, but overall, a pretty peaceful location and definitely beautiful surroundings. One suggestion for the owner is to make sure the unit is stocked with the correct number of towels & pool towels for the size of the party renting. We only had 4 sets upon check-in for 6 people, but we easily obtained more by visiting the front desk. :-)

Perfect for family trip

We stayed in a 3BR unit with 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4). The set up was great - the couple took the master suite and the family of 4 took the two rooms in the back. The 2 twin room had plenty of space to push the beds aside and use two toddler beds or travel cribs. Pool was great for the kids - though the actual kids pool was very cold the first few days. The beach (Kameole 1) across the street was great and had awesome sand and gentle waves. It was good for boogie boarding (adults) splashing, and snorkeling (south side rocks). Location was close to lots of little restaurants, convenience/small grocery stores, and little shops. Each room has own AC to control temp individually.

Excellence stay with a couple of hiccups

Overall good stay only problem is Jacuzzi didn’t work for most of day after multiple complaints by me another guest they finally fixed it little disappointing because something I enjoyed doing every night night manager suggested he had complained multiple times but the pool guy kept insisting it was working But it was not way too hot and very dangerous also requested a bottom floor because I had an 18 month old and a three-year-old and they put us on the second to top floor not very convenient but I guess I understand first come first serve hope it didn’t bother the people below us

Paradise Retreat

Took a 4 generation family vacation with ages ranging from 91 to 2 years old. The property was fantastic. The pool and the toddler pool were incredible. The place was plenty big enough, with the Murphy bed being in a good area that doesn’t impose on the living room. Air conditioning and Fans worked well. They have this amazing drop off location by the pool where guests leave things for they won’t take with them, so it’s super beneficial and helps reduce waste. We got some beach chairs, beach toys, and some food items that we used throughout our stay. 9 am and 8 PM are the best times to go. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fairly well equipped ( could use a wok type pan ), but has all the basics for what you’ll need. The only issue we encountered was with the wifi ( which is third party ) where is kept saying we had 8 devices connected, we only had 6, so having to call and deal with the issue took a bit away from the stay ( the fix only lasted about a day and a half ) Would highly recommend the property for anyone considering the stay

Nice property right across from good beach and close to others. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We had a nice 3-bedroom unit with a view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good place for families

Unit 5108 Was Perfect.

Check in went smoothly. Property is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. We were assigned unit 5108, building five, first floor. This was the perfect unit for our group as the handicap parking was super close for Pops and the pool was right outside our door for the kiddos. From the lanai, we had an ocean view. Inside the unit, everything was also perfect. There are 4 ac units and all worked well. The unit had a solid kitchen, washer and dryer. The murphy bed was very comfortable. I am pretty sure everyone slept well since they are all still sleeping! The food trucks right along our street seem to be pretty popular. We enjoyed Kinaole Grill Food Truck. Mahalo!
