ALL linens washed between EVERY guest, entire home meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest. This sweet little vacation home is ideally located right off of I-5, a short walkable distance to historic downtown Roseburg. This recently updated bungalow is charming and artfully decorated. Whether you are visiting Roseburg, Umpqua Valley wine country, Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, or just passing through on I-5, the Sophisticated Bungalow is well stocked with all the amenities you will need for your trip.
This charming bungalow boasts original hardwood floors, is artfully decorated, and filled with nice touches to make your stay extra special. You won't be disappointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with Coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A stocked laundry room, iron and ironing board to keep you looking your best! WIFI, Blu Ray Player and a Smart TV to keep you entertained when you are not out and about. The backyard is private and has a gas BBQ for you to use. The front covered porch is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage. Sit back, relax and watch the wild turkeys and deer.
You will have private access to the entire home and fenced yard during your stay.
There is plenty of street parking right in front of the home.

This was the fifth short term rental we have stayed at and we think the best. It was spacious, clean, with nice furnishings, lots of room, and a great location for us.

Enjoyable visit

We enjoyed our stay in a well equipped small 'cottage' type house.For our visit to Roseburg it was perfect.Sue was on top of things and thinks of convenience for the guest, even to the extent of having the AC turned on prior to our arrival.

Hi Sue, We enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, decor and amenities. The many tv channels and streaming were beyond what is available in hotels these days. Cozy and relaxing

Location is walkable to restaurants and pubs. 4 adults on a wine tasting weekend. The kitchen was well-stocked, comfortable beds, and a great space to just hang out and chat with each other. Highly recommend.

Cute cottage

This cottage is very cute, super clean and located close to restaurants. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It is comfortable and well supplied. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the center median as a special treat.

Cozy little home

Cute little home that had everything we needed. The only issue was the remote for the tv. It only worked part time so watched Netflix on our laptop but we did not get around to calling the host about it. Overall it was a great place to stay and we appreciated all the love and care that went in to this place.

Perfect!!

In town for a wedding, found this lil gem with all the comforts of home! Extremely clean, spacious, lovely, stylish older home with a lot of charm! Very quiet neighborhood enjoyed sitting on the front porch, well shaded watching the kids bike & play. Will def be back!

Delightful bungalow in Roseburg

Was in town to visit our daughter and newborn grandson. The "Sophisticated Bungalow" was the perfect choice for our visit. Had all the amenities of home and was close to our new grandbaby. Everything was neat and clean and provided us with ample space to relax after visiting and sightseeing. Neighborhood was quiet, not a fancy area by any means, but no ramshackle homes either. That being said we had no issues and would certainly stay here again next time we are in town.

Perfect home away from home

This lovely vintage house had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our only issue was slow streaming on one app only (MLB TV); the rest worked just fine. Beds are among the comfiest we’ve had in a vacation home.
