Villa By The Sea 30A is a beautifully decorated home that boast a private backyard with views of the Nature Preserve. Located between Seaside Beach & Seagrove Beach on 30A. Our home is in the desirable community of a NatureWalk near Seaside Square. NatureWalk has a dedicated 1-mile walking/biking trail. The trail leads you to the beauty of aqua blue ocean water and sugar white sand Florida beaches! Or take the golf cart to roam around the Seaside Square.

Villa By The Sea 30A - Features 4 bedrooms, a Bunk House in the loft and comfortably sleeps 12. Master is located upstairs with a King Bed, walkout porch, smart TV, walk in closet, shower, and a relaxing soaker tub. Downstairs bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV and is adjacent to a full bathroom. One of the upstairs guest rooms has a King Bed and a Smart TV. One of the upstairs guest bedrooms has two XL Twin beds and a smart TV. The Bunk House is located upstairs in the loft with a Smart TV and each bunk bed is a Full over Full. The Bunk House has a mini fridge. One full bathroom upstairs with shower / tub combination in addition to the Master Suite bathroom. The home has 3 porches (1 off the master and 2 downstairs). The lounge chairs on the upstairs porch creates a relaxing environment to wind down after a long day at the beach or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Downstairs porches have a twin-size swing to relax and gather with the family sunup to sundown! One of the few homes in NatureWalk that offers a private fenced backyard with views of Point Washington State Forest Nature Preserve. The preserve offers wonderful hiking / biking trails.

Villa By The Sea 30A has a large open floor plan (2717 square feet). First floor living room is great for family gatherings with two couches, two chairs, Smart TV (Cable TV), Gas Fireplace, dining room table for 8, island seating for four and 2 outdoor porch seating areas. Upgraded high speed WIFI.

Home has an outdoor gas grill (propane provided ** please adhere to safety guidelines) and an outdoor shower located in the private backyard to clean up after a day at the beach. We provide extra amenities to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free such as a regular drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker, blender, mixer, baking pans, casserole, etc. Kitchen has one gas oven, microwave, gas stove, huge walk-in pantry and a second refrigerator in the garage (bonus!). This is our home, and you will be our guests; we took into consideration everything you need to cook and enjoy a great meal with your family and friends.

Home is steps away from the Pickle Ball and Basketball courts. The community offers hiking trails and fitness stations. Enjoy a walk/run along the beach at sunrise or sunset, paddle board, ride a bike, snorkel, explore the trails through Point Washington State Forest, etc! Any avid fishermen/women? If yes, do not forget to charter a fishing trip to enjoy a day fishing on the bay or out in the open sea. We recommend booking weeks or better yet months before you arrive! They are extremely busy in the Spring and Summer months. We will gladly give you a few recommendations.

A shopping center is located near NatureWalk's entrance with Publix, a great pizza restaurant, liquor store, an upscale restaurant and more!

NatureWalk’s Gathering Place features two large swimming pools (one is an adult heated lap pool), hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, flat screen TV, fire pit & outdoor grills with covered eating areas, gather area, family-style beach-entry pool, kids shade pool, and a children's playground. *Guests shall adhere to pool rules for their own safety and enjoyment.
