Profitez d'une maison calme de 4 chambres avec une vue imprenable imprenable depuis chaque fenêtre et un lac de baignade dans les bois pour des vacances isolées. Cette maison est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une maison loin de chez eux. Apportez simplement l'épicerie et profitez de vacances reposantes dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers d'Upstate, dans l'État de New York.
La maison est située sur 25 acres de terrain semblable à un parc à Hurleyville, NY 12747.
Il y a un pédalo et un radeau sur le lac. La maison de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains a un grand porche couvert et une terrasse ouverte.
Une longue allée à travers une belle propriété paysagée mène à la maison de vacances. Avec une nouvelle piste cyclable (8 Ml de long), récemment construite en bordure de la propriété, cela en fait un véritable PARADIS DE BIKER!
Les autres caractéristiques comprennent: des murs en rondins, des planchers en bois dur, une cuisine avec un comptoir en granit noir, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, des meubles anciens, un rangement en bois de fer et bien plus encore. Il y a du chauffage central dans la maison et nous fournissons du bois pour le rangement du bois. Il est situé à seulement 2 heures de Manhattan.
Il n'y a que 2 maisons situées à part sur un terrain de 25 acres: maison de vacances et maison de week-end du propriétaire. Chaque maison a sa propre allée et ses pelouses.
Dans le joli petit village de Hurleyville, vous pouvez profiter de plusieurs restaurants, de la construction récente d'un immense centre d'art, d'un club de créateurs à la pointe de la technologie, du musée du comté de Sullivan (http: // www. Another wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as last time. Wonderfully secluded yet close to town. Very comfortable for a large family. The pond and hiking in the woods was a real treat. Highly recommended.

A great weekend away from NYC! It was a little cool for the swimming pond, but we still got to enjoy the house and the property. Would definitely visit again.

Concert Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect location for staying the weekend for a concert at Bethel Woods! The property is only 30 minutes away from Bethel and has an extensive property to explore. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Property for Star Gazing

as we arrived we were a pleasantly surprised to find a home that looked exactly as advertised. tucked in from the rd and very quiet. We enjoyed the area quite a bit. The biggest surprise we found was just how stunning the sky was in the evening.

Lovely

Peaceful weekend at this lovely property. The setting is idyllic and the lake was delightful. We really enjoyed the walking and bike trails and swimming isn the lake. Michael was very responsive to our questions.

Cozy stay in Hurleyville

We booked this quaint cabin for a long weekend in July. The property itself is well kept on a large plot of land, surrounded by trees and blueberry bushes. Main Street is walking distance away along the rails to trails path, where you'll find several cute cafes and shops. The owners were very sweet and attentive.

Such a cute place. Charmingly decorated and furnished. Loved the lake so much. We had a perfect stay. The only thing I’d wanna let people know is that if you plan to cook quite a bit, bring your own kitchen knives and measuring cups and the like.

Wonderful get away

This was a great get away for family and friends. The house is very cute and the property is gorgeous. The private lake, with row boat, was just as advertised. The air was clear and fresh, with forest and walking paths to explore.

Cabin in the Catskills

Hello, Me and my family had a great time at this cabin. Just the right seclusion but still close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful pond and trails that lead out to a paved bike trail. Host was great and check in and communication was a breeze. Will stay again for sure....

Wonderful Getaway

We had a blast staying at Michael’s place! Great yard for the kids, beautiful property with tons of trees and open for hiking around. Quiet and peaceful with a nice pond down the hill. Great for swimming in summer and boat provided. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves!

Perfect summer getaway

This was a lovely place for our family to spend the first week of summer! We thoroughly enjoyed the fields and woods for romping and the pond for swimming. The blueberry and raspberry bushes behind the house were a treat throughout the week. The house was cozy and comfortable. This was our second stay here and we definitely plan to come back again!

Fabulous property

The location was perfect for a Fall trip. The hurricane in Florida kept part of our family away so they missed a perfect Fall experience. The home was comfortable. The coffee pot wasn’t working and rain put the blues on our weekend. Other than that it was special and we recommend the home to you.

Location perfect for us allowing easy access to biking / hiking from house as well as driving to Loch Sheldrake, Monticello, Liberty and “downtown “ Hurleyville. Artwork and decor thoughtfully unique. Beds comfortable, all appliances new, lots of indoor and outdoor seating so everyone can either be together or find their own space.

Everything was perfect!

Super quiet spot in the middle of nowhere, but at the same time everything within 10 min drive ( Supermarkets , drugstores , hardware store , gas station, diner, etc) Huge property with lots of thinks to do and explore, the house has everything you need except for a microwave ( not the end of the world) , very nice place , we would definitely come back Thank you Michael for everything!

Beautiful quiet retreat

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this lovely property! Beautiful expansive grounds, a picture perfect lake (my son loved taking out the row boat and skipping rocks, I loved the freshwater swimming). Bike path at the doorstep. The house was clean and comfortable. Supermarkets are an easy 10 min drive. There aren’t many nearby towns with nice restaurants, so we mostly stayed in. All together a very relaxing escape!

Paradise for our pent-up family

As a family who had been pent up in an apartment for months, this property was paradise. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. But the real gem of this listing is the property: acres and acres of rolling hills, woods with walking paths, a pond and bordered by a rails-to-trails bike path. Michael was a helpful and responsive host. We loved our stay and it was hard to leave. We hope to come back.

We are a New York–based artist and designer, and my wife is an artist and illustrator. This property is a true creative retreat for us—it’s where we spend our weekends, work on ongoing improvements, and create in our art studio located in the barn.

The space is always evolving, with thoughtful updates and handcrafted details added each year. Most recently, we installed central climate control and expanded the home with an additional bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. You’ll also notice unique custom woodwork throughout the house, created by skilled craftsmen, giving the space a warm and artistic character.
