Beautifully modern 3bed/2.5 bath townhome located less than a 5-minute drive from the Winter Park Resort ski lifts and a short 4-minute walk from the free Lift Shuttle stop. This amazing vacation home offers perks on each of the three levels. The lower level offers an attached garage, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer (guests must provide detergent), as well as a convenient foyer with a lounge chair and Ms. Pac-Man video game loaded with 60 different games. No quarters needed! The second level of the home boasts an open floor plan with a dual-sided fireplace creating a wonderful ambiance between the living and dining areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, and a conveniently located half bath powder room off the kitchen and dining area. The living room features a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite content as well as a DVD player with numerous movies for both kids and adults. Natural light is abundant through the sliding glass doors of the private balcony just off the living area. Enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, mountain views, and the fresh crisp mountain air! The top floor of the home hosts all 3 bedrooms to allow a natural separation for rest and relaxation. The Master Suite offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle below. This property is also conveniently located among numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails including the Rendezvous Trail system and Fraser River Trail. This was the perfect home base for our annual Winter trip to snowboard and snowshoe with our family! Everything from booking, check-in/check-out, communication before and during our stay, the wonderfully outfitted kitchen, cozy fireplace and location just a few minutes walk to the free Winter Park shuttle made this trip memorable! The property is gorgeous, clean and very well appointed, close to grocery stores, dining and all sorts of activities in Winter Park and Fraser. We can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to return when our travels bring us back to Winter Park!

Winter Park Ski Trip

Very Clean and Comfortable

Perfect Winter Park Family Get Away!

This was the perfect location for our annual, New Year’s family ski trip. Ryan and Vanessa were such wonderful hosts with excellent instructions for an easy check-in and checkout process. The property was well-appointed for our 5 adults (including a fully decked out kitchen). It was minutes from downtown Winter Park and less than 10 from the main resort! We will definitely consider this location again thanks to Ryan and Vanessa.

Ski Getaway

Our family of four, with two teens, loved the place for a quick ski getaway. Everything was just as listed, and we had everything we needed to have a perfect time. From warming up in the mornings by the cozy fireplace to family game nights around the large dining table, before moving down to the Ms Pac Man machine!

Amazing Winter Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was perfect for a group of 7. Downstairs we a great place to get ready for skiing and sledding. The fireplace made the living room warm and cozy after a day out on the slopes. The rooms and showers we very nice. We had no complaints about this property. Already looking at planning our next winter vacation for 2025.

Great vaca

We had a great time , place was super clean. Nice layout . Unfortunately the bbq grill was out of propane so could grill steaks that we got . Arcade game was so fun for family time . Got a little chilling down there , nothing that socks and shoes didn’t help . Would recommend this others great place .

All the comforts of home!

Perfection! Very clean, very nice townhome with all the upgrades. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms were emaculate. Everything was in like new condition which made it livable. This property is worthy of any price though what we paid was very reasonable. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Property in Winter Park!

The property was just as described in the profile and pictures were spot on. Great quiet neighborhood that is convenient to multiple restaurants within a 15 minute walk, or just a few minutes drive. Hosts communication was excellent and the property was clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Great stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful ski vacation and this condo provided a great stay! The location was perfect. An easy drive into WP Ski resort and also very conveniently located to grocery store and other activities. My kids had the best time playing and sledding on the property. Definitely their favorite part of the day. And we all loved hanging out together in the evenings. The dining room table was perfect and we easily fit for meals and also game nights. Would stay here again!

Comfy, quiet, has everything you need

Really liked this place. Great location, very quiet neighborhood, close from everything. Being able to park in a garage was really nice as the road was covered in snow and ice and it was cold. Kitchen was well stocked and heater/fireplace/appliances all worked great. Oh and the washing machine was a big plus as we forgot to bring some clothes and needed to wash. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit WP.

Wonderful townhome in Fraser

The townhome is even better than the photos. Clean, beautifully furnished/decorated. Super comfortable. We loved the deer that visited in the back too! Having the garage was fantastic. It is so nice to safely store our bikes and to be able to park ‘inside’. And we all enjoyed the Pac Man arcade game! THAT was fun!

My family and I have been living in Colorado for the past 6 years and moved here from the MidWest. It's always been our dream to own a property in the mountains, and we'd be honored to share our home with you. We have two young daughters that are learning to ski and were born with a love for the outdoors. The summers are equally wonderful, and we enjoy hiking, biking, and visiting the area playgrounds. Grand Lake is another favorite summer destination along with Pole Creek Golf course. Winter Park/Fraser/Grand County is truly our "home away from home" and we truly hope everyone loves it as much as we do.

This property is close enough to all of the action yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility away from traffic and highways. There are numerous hiking and biking trails within walking distance of our townhome, and we often walk to "downtown" Winter Park to enjoy the parks, pubs, and restaurants. Our girls enjoy the Fraser River Trail where we search for pinecones and dip our toes in the river on hot summer days. We've seen deer and moose from our kitchen window, and we've affectionately named every squirrel we see "Jeffrey."
