Scottsdale, Arizona Visit from Down Under

The accommodation we booked was beyond our expectations. Beautifully clean and nicely appointed. Handy to great supermarket, shops and eating places. Lots of interesting walking trails. Above all, handy to family who reside in Grayhawk. Made our journey so worthwhile. Great place to stay.

Nice, well equipment condo with a few community pools and good fitness center. Central to all that north Scottsdale offers. Host is very responsive. We will stay here again.

Great unit - close to amenities

The unit is as the pictures depict. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The complex has a sister complex that is easily accessed thus giving a number of pools to use. There is a great small mall 10 minute walk away with grocery, restaurants and more. Our favourite was Local Bistro. The only challenge we had was the location of the unit. Specifically we asked what we are facing from the balcony, as we know the area, and the response was: "We are in the first floor with a great open space natural terrain view!!!" The challenge was that beyond the open terrain, that was about 75 feet, was Thompson Peak Road which is the major 4 lane road . The road noise that started at 6:30 am and went to well after dark. Fortunately the windows blocked the majority of the noise but it made the balcony basically unusable due to the noise. Other than that Michael was great and was responsive to any issues and would recommend the unit.

Amazing!!!!!

Absolutely incredible experience. I had an extended stay after my daughter had a procedure done at Mayo Hopsital. The owner and his property were incredible. I don’t want to leave, it has been a beautiful home away from home. I have actually contemplated getting my own condo at this property. Great location, 5 (or less) minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores, and a perfect west facing view of the sunsets each evening. Very quiet and peaceful location. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend this property to anyone. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable in every way. Thank you so much!!

Great Property in North Scottsdale

Could not have been more pleased with our two month stay at this property. The property is spacious with comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kithchen. The complex is quiet with two pools which we used frequently. The general area is also much quieter than many other areas of Scottsdale with many great walking paths. We never had any problems that our host Michael had to address. A couple questions that we did have for Michael were answered promptly.

Clean Updated Condo

We totally enjoyed our time there. New updated master shower, all bedding and towels new, this condo is modern and nicely updated. Appreciated the TV selections, including the master TV. Living area is comfortable with new table and chairs. Kitchen adequately stocked, and convenient to cooking grills. We would definitely return!

Great location.

We were near everything. The property is spacious with the bedrooms adequately spaced apart. The area is quiet. Lots of amenities that we didn't take advantage of: gym, great room, coffee bar, etc.

Beautiful Scottsdale Condo & Flawless Experience

From the very beginning with us asking Michael a few questions to the check out process, we could not have been happier! The place was absolutely phenomenal. Clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. Our long term stay was everything we could’ve asked for & more. It truly felt like home & we didn’t want to leave! Michael was extremely responsive & helped with any questions we had. He made sure to keep us in the loop with any other complex events & really was a pleasure to work with. He’s our first call next time we come out to AZ.

A + for this property

Recently remodeled unit, beautifully decorated in a great gated community. Everything we needed was supplied. Lovely pool area and Thompson Peak Park next to the community. A plus was walking on the paved trails we could access by going through a tunnel under Thompson Peak Rd. Great restaurants, and a Fries Grocery 1/2 mile away. The owner was great to work with.
