Welcome to The Point on Big Bear Lake. As seen on the Emmy-winning tv show "Staycation" on CBS. This large lakefront home is nestled on one of the most enviable locations on Big Bear Lake, presenting stunning west-facing sunset views and boasting 230 feet of beach access to some of the deepest waters on the lake. It also features two levels of spacious wrap-around decks with protected balconies, steps away from the water.

You will enter the home through a private gated entry and take in breathtaking views as you park your car. Next, enter the home’s main level through the front door, leading you to an open-plan, vaulted living room, which offers 35-foot ceilings and windows that present magnificent lake views and fill the room with an abundance of natural light. Just a few more steps to your right and you will find the newly remodeled kitchen and dining area. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace or relax in front of the 65-inch smart TV. You can then take a trip downstairs to the expansive family room, featuring a bar, games, and yet another gas fireplace and 65-inch smart TV.

This home is truly an entertainer’s dream. The downstairs family room leads out to a 700-square-foot outdoor glass enclosed patio area with a built-in gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and brand new hot tub. A few more stairs will guide you down to the home’s private dock and attached jet-ski ramp. The home is also integrated with a Sonos WIFI sound system on both floors and a Google Mesh WIFI system throughout.

And, there are plenty of rooms to host all your family and friends, each with lake and mountain views. The home has four bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms), three full baths, and two half baths. It is also equipped with A/C & central heating.

Our home will accommodate 10 adults and 4 minors. Larger groups over 8 will be charged $25 per person, per night.

This BEAUTIFUL home is a gem. I’ve rented many properties in Big Bear and this one is #1 and as long as it’s available it will be the only one I will book. Lorri was so helpful and had great recommendations for my family. This house has everything you will need for your family. Even an Igloo to use at night to see the stars. Also, right on the lake. The views were stunning!!! And your only minutes away to Alpine Slide and the Village.

Relaxation at its finest

This property was fabulous! The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. We had wonderful views from everywhere in the house and when you’re out on the water, this home stands out. Lorri was great to work with and went over and above to make our stay unforgettable. Everything we needed was right there. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property to stay by the lake

The stay was great. Even though the check in process was a little long, Pandora explained everything in details and showed us how to use the fire places and hot tub. The kitchen got everything one needs. There was beautiful sunset and plenty of spaces to share and enjoy.

Amazing Views and Amazing Location

Place was amazing, extremely clean and well stocked, every room was well stocked and extremely comfortable. The entire family had a blast and the hot tub was incredible on the deck with lake views. Will definitely be booking again before seasons end. Lori was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Sweet Stay!

This was my second time staying at Lorri's cabin, Everything is perfect and beyond expectation and so beautiful, photos doesn't do it justice. I will only stay here from now on! Property manager is very nice, she also left us amazing gift wrapped apple jam that she made at the end of our stay, please thank her from us.

Amazing Place!

We loved our stay at this fantastic property in Big Bear. The photos, although beautiful, really don’t do it justice. The house itself is amazing, but the real selling point is the views. If you love beautiful view s of the lake and mountains, and Eagles dive bombing for fish, this is the place to go. So relaxing, so beautiful. The response time was fantastic and we felt very well taken care of at all times. Thank you, we look forward to returning!

Beautiful Huge Oasis on Lake

We rented this house on the lake for my husband’s 50th Birthday weekend. It was perfect! Everyone had their own room with bathroom. Views of lake from every room since your on the Point. Super clean and pristine. We were all in awww and impressed. Pandora greeted us upon our arrival and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the place since there is soooo much! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Family vacation with three generations

The lake view house was fantastic. Very clean and a fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. Lorri was very responsive to any questions we had and took care of any needs we had with the house. She had a person on call to clear the driveway of snow. I'd recommend the house.

AMAZING

It all starts with an amazing owner, Lorri, who was so professional, warm and welcoming with her friendly smile. Pandora, the property coordinator, was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us how everything worked. The house is in an amazing location on the lake with views of the lake and mountains from every corner. Everything worked beautifully and we had a blast. Amazing comfort, day and night. Beautiful sunsets! We spent most of our days outside: Breakfast on the deck, dinner by the fire pit and Jacuzzi and Kayaking in between. The air conditions worked great during the very few hours that we needed them and there was plenty of hot water for all of our daily showers, etc. This was an AMAZING stay and you can bet we will come back.

Even prettier in person!

had such a great time staying here this past weekend for my sisters 30th. Lorri was great with communication! anytime I needed her or called her she responded right away. This house is even prettier in person than it looks on the website. super spacious. views are AMAZING. everything is basically new and modern. Dishes and utensils were provided. basic seasoning like salt and pepper were provided as well. and foil too, in case you want to cook anything and you need it. because of covid, there were certain rules we had to follow that normal probably wouldn’t be there, but trust me when I say it’s 100% worth it. Can’t wait to book another trip here for the summer!

Amazing place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get away!! What a beautiful place!! Very clean and well laid out! We had a couple snags that Lori dealt with immediately and we loved Pandora who gave us the tour of the place on arrival and even shared some of her homemade apple butter with us!! There were gorgeous views from every room in the house and we had no desire to go anywhere else. We even made use of the hot tub with snowy hillsides in the background. The only thing I wish we could’ve taken advantage of was the amazing patio with the fire pit! It was just too cold outside! The kids were thrilled with the flat grounds for building a snow fort and the slopped private driveway for sledding! But renters take note
 even if chains aren’t required on the main road, you may need them to get up the driveway after some snowfall. They do have a person who plows the driveway but it was still too icy for one of our cars and we needed to call in reinforcements. Lol! But we made it out okay and have wonderful memories of our New Year’s Eve there!! Thank you so much Lori!!

Relaxing weekend with friends

Overall the house is in a perfect location with stunning views from almost every room. The outdoor spaces are incredible and I appreciated the communication with Lorri. The check in process though was over the top. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a VRBO where I had to provide my birthday, the names and birthdays for all my guests, and license plate numbers. There were also A LOT of rules. I understand some of those rules are Big Bear rules but we definitely felt inhibited by the not being allowed to be in the hot tub after 10 pm and no outdoor music. Lastly, the tour by Pandora upon check in was too in depth. We are capable of finding where the extra toilet paper is in each bathroom. After a long drive with lots of traffic we wanted to relax and enjoy the house instead of going through a 30 minute walk through. When we tried to hurry along tour, since we were starving, she got frustrated with us and wouldn't let us hurry up the tour. She was helpful but it felt very unnecessary. As someone who values privacy we felt uncomfortable with the pre-check in materials. The actual home was stunning and had everything we were looking for. Thank you!

Great House for Families

Beautiful house and property perfect for families who don’t mind sharing rooms. Tons of common area to hang out together inside and outside. House manager and host were very accommodating and responsive with any needs. Gorgeous views from every room, and very well stocked, plush linens and towels and plenty of dishes/kitchen utensils to accommodate the whole fam. We will be booking another stay!

We had a family gathering at Lorri’s place for our parents visiting from the UK and East Coast. The property is beautiful with incredible attention to detail on decor and accessories. Fantastic Property

Our family and two others stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway. It was fantastic! The house is beautiful and very clean. Lorri and her staff were available for anything we needed. Great location and easy access to the marina for water activities. We will definitely stay here again.
