Revamped and ready to welcome you! Dive into a new era of relaxation and comfort at our beachside condo. With a fresh perspective and meticulous attention to detail, our new owner has transformed this space into your ultimate vacation sanctuary. Leave outdated reviews behind and embrace the rejuvenated experience awaiting you.

This penthouse condo at Sanibel Village is situated west of Coastal Highway, at about 1.5 miles from the beach, this home is on the third floor of a condo building behind Big Fish Grill, just south of our Rehoboth Beach office. An elevator is right next to this four-bedroom rental, making unpacking upon arrival completely painless. This building is also adjacent to one of three community pools guests have access to during their stay - how's that for convenience? On the main level of this home, there is a screened-in porch ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the pond out back. Even though this home is away from the craziness, that does not mean the location is lacking. You are a short drive from Dewey Beach, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and so much more that Coastal Delaware has to offer!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $247.50.

Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 1 Single Sleep Sofa

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Family beach trip

Unit was as described and perfect size for my family. Access to the unit from the parking lot is right across from the elevator so unpacking/packing was a breeze. Having a washer/dryer in unit was great. Kitchen had all the items we needed. WiFi was spotty so the tv’s kept going out. Rehobeth boardwalk was a short drive or bus ride away. Overall a great place and location!

Fantastic stay at Rehoboth

This was the most amazing place to stay with our family and elderly mother in law at the beach. The elevator made it so easy for her to come and go and the condo was so nice! Everyone from management company was easy to contact and the location was very convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Joseph Gallagher was excellent to work with in planning our family vacation. He asked us what we were looking for in a vacation rental, gave us several options and was a fast/great communicator. Loved the property and surrounding areas. We had a great time and restful vacation. We could see the fireworks from balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped and property was clean.

Nice Property - Needs Some Help

The condo is in a great location and it’s size was exactly what we needed. However the unit needs a few things 
 a deep cleaning 
 there are gouges in the walls 
 dishes and silverware were sparse 
 the Keriug was broken (though another coffeemaker was provided)
 just to name a few. With some TLC this could be an outstanding rental.

Sanibel Circle is great

Loved this property, our second time staying here. Spacious unit, clean. My only gripe is that I tired too reach out several times to our property manager re: a missing remote. I called the Saturday we arrived, called back twice more, never got a call back.
