Beautiful maintained condo on first level (no stairs!) and screen in porch.

Location –right off Route 1 -quick access to whatever your vacation needs are.

Walk out and enjoy your dinner in the screen in porch right outside the living room.

First Bedroom - contains 2 sets of bunk beds and smart tv

Full Bathroom - right next to bedroom

Second Bedroom - contains 1 queen bed - private bathroom and large closet

Enjoy the beach and when you return enjoy one of 3 community pools! If you need a day away from the beach enjoy – boating, water parks, amusement parks, TAX FREE shopping, great food, and LOTS MORE! Make sure to check out the nearby towns – LEWES, DEWEY and BETHANY BEACH all a quick drive!

Comfortable, just the right size, and everything we needed was available. Pool was lovely and location was close to places we wanted to hit on our extended weekend. No issues at all with the property from check in, connectivity, kitchen or rooms. Would choose again. Fun having coffee and bird watching from the lanai too.

If you are looking for a quiet and CLEAN place in Rehoboth, look no further. I have stayed in many VRBO's in the last 14 years and this is the cleanest place, hands down! Not too far from the beach and water park. Has a pool, cold ac and the owner is very nice! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Weekend!

We decided at the last minute to travel to Rehoboth Beach with our older children, in order to spend time together before college and other commitments resumed. I stumbled on Michele's property, and she was so communicative from my initiation of the rental. Booking was super easy and efficient, and Michele stayed in touch with me from time to time up until our arrival. Her arrival details were so thorough, check in was seamless, and the home was perfect! Everything is just as the pictures appear. The home was warm, welcoming, clean and had everything we needed. The screened in back patio area is so relaxing as it looks out to a lake. The weather the weekend we were in Rehoboth was amazing and getting there from Michele's house takes only minutes. We had a wonderful time together as a family and we are so grateful for Michele's hospitality. It was a perfect weekend!

Great Condo in a convenient location

We had a great experience at this condo. The pool was nice and clean. The condo is in the perfect location it is a short drive to the beach, outlets, and restaurants. Michele is a wonderful host and very responsive! We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Beautiful rental, well maintained and clean. Close drive to the beach and came stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas so it was one less thing for us to pack. Great hosts, very friendly with good communication. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Getaway

The property and surrounding community were very clean and a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, the beach and other entertainment. The check-in process was extremely easy, and I like the flexibility of staying less than one week. The pictures reflect how the property really looks; it's decorated in the perfect beachy/maritime theme. I would like to stay at the property again for my next Rehoboth excursion.
