Our beautiful Villa is beside the 400 acre Davenport Lake. Perfect location for a picnic or BBQ.
This highly sought after Villa, has exclusive features for you and your family to enjoy and is well equipped to a high standard, also on hand are our excellent management company should you need their assistance at any time.
The 30’ x 12’ South facing Pool & Hot Tub, are surrounded by a Private Garden. Heating can be arranged.
Take a break in the Games Room with the 8 foot Slate Bed Pool Table and impressive full size Air Hockey table. Lose yourself in over 2000 sq ft of living space, Lounge/Dining Room, Family Room, Games Room, Kitchen Breakfast Nook, 4 Bedrooms and 2 ½ Bathrooms.
There is also the Communal Pool, Gated Children’s Play Area, Tennis Courts and Lake for your enjoyment. Championship Golf Courses plus shops are still only minutes away, along with all the major attractions, including Disney World, Universal and much more.
Please be aware that this is a strictly "No Smoking" Villa.

Very comfortable Villa, great location

This was the third property we've used in the Davenport area. It was centrally located in a nice neighborhood. If you're into Disney, it's 20 minutes away. Very nice pool and spa. Four bedrooms, although one is more suitable for kids. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture TVs in almost every room, including a large screen in a centrally located parlor. Owners were very accommodating and personable. Superb service from the property manager who dealt with the few minor hiccups we had quickly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was great to have Thomas stay with us for a much needed break of 29 nights. Always happy to help in any way with minor issues, plus the Management company are great at getting any issues reported to them sorted in a timely manner ie the remote not working. All fixed and the holiday carried on. Always happy to have the long stay bookings, and give our guests the chance to enjoy our Villa, relax around the Pool and also enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Enjoyed the stay overall, But.

We enjoyed the Stay Overall, the host and the management were very helpful and accommodating, the Heated pool wasn't heating up because the heater was automatically shut-off around 8pm till about 8am, so during the day it wasn't heating up enough, also the heating in the house only works on the 2nd floor and the Master bedroom on the 1st floor was too cold to sleep there, I will consider renting this place in the future, and I'm recommending it to friends and family.

I am sorry that you had issues while staying with us. The A/C was set to heat, on the day of your arrival. However on your departure we discovered that the control had been changed to cool. I turned it back to heat and everything was great after that. I do apologies, but if you had requested for the Management come out to visit you, they would have seen this and advised on the correct setting. As for the Pool heating, yes the pool was cooler than we would have liked due to the extreme outside drop in temperatures. Apparently it has been the coldest in 5 years in our area. However the Pool heating was on, though it does cut out to stop freezing, when the outside temperature is so low. We are so glad you had a lovely holiday and we look forward to welcoming you back to our Villa soon.

Very nice location

Beautiful place had problems with check in and hot tub but since it was just me I left and went to Family's house

Thank you for staying with us, i did see that you mentioned your problems with check in. This is the reason I like everything to be sorted way before you arrive, that way if you haven't received anything I am just a quick msg away. As for the Spa Pool heat, I am afraid this is an outdoor pool and will not get to 85 if the outside temp is 70 degrees. I am pleased you had a great stay in our Villa and would be great to see you back again with us in the future.
