It was a great stay! Comfortable beds, lots of towels, close to the downtown strip and restaurants. Hot tub was clean and perfect place to wind down after a long day, however, it was a bit slippery inside so one must be careful getting in, out and walking inside. That was the only thing "wrong" with the stay. No complaints and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Colin is a warm and was very responsive. He had wonderful suggestions for places to eat. The property is clean and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown and lots of places to hang out and relax.

This was a great house, clean, tv’s in every bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch visiting, it was very comfortable. The Bathrooms were awesome.

The house was perfect, very cute, clean and a great location! The host was great communicated with us with no issues! The hot tub was perfect! Easy to find and access! My only recommendation is something small and really probably preference is a soft mattress topper the mattress was a little too firm for our liking but not a huge issue and would most definitely stay again!

Everything was just as described and we had everything we needed to cook or grill. The house backs up to a large, empty piece of property, so you have plenty of privacy while in the hot tub. And you are just minutes away from downtown and 20 mins from Enchanted Rock. Would definitely recommend.
