The perfect space for a quick getaway! It was just myself in town visiting for a friends baby shower and it was wonderful! Beautiful neighborhood, easy to find, private, safe, thoughtful amenities, and clean! Everything you can ask for when booking a VRBO. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the space carpet and bed was very comfortable. Very nice and sweet small touches around the room. Only thing was my husband thought the shower was a little small but that is not the hosts fault!

It's a small room but well maintained. Has a small fridge, microwave, coffee supplies and stocked with snacks and water. Very clean, host was communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are fantastic. We were able to stay close to family in the area but not stay with family. I recommend this space to anyone traveling to the are. We will definitely book again in the future.

Amazing rental!!!

Nice quiet location. Wonderful communication with the owners who live on the property. They were so kind and inviting and accommodating. The room is fabulous and had a lot of extras in the room. The bed ahhhhhhhhh! Close to everything and easy in and out. It has a private entrance and we felt completely alone. You don’t need to being your hair dryer or curling irons they are right there! I was amazed, I had no idea what to expect and I was so very pleasantly surprised! This is the one to get! Shop no further!

Phoenix Golf Stay

Excellent location for golf. Perfect for coffee in the AM and mini fridge. Host even brought me some fresh fruit at my request! Will stay again if in the area.

Perfect Arizona Getaway

If you are looking for a place to stay in AZ this is the perfect spot! Ideal for a couple or single person. Centrally located and in a wonderful neighborhood. Shannon communicated with us whenever we had any questions about where to go. Check in was easy. Overall perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back!!!

Nice stay

Great communication from the owners. They were very accommodating. Extras in the room (coffee, snacks, bottled waters, etc) were appreciated. The home is in a quiet neighborhood & had a separate entrance from the main house. The shower was very small & it was difficult to dry off inside. Was especially hard for a 6’ tall guy to not bump the walls. Other than that, it was nice, clean, & convenient in location for our plans.

perfect small room

This is a small bedroom with its own bathroom at the back of their garage. You will have perfect privacy, and can come and go without bothering anyone. Nice setup, and I would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Shannon was extremely attentive to our comfort and they have created a nice private entry and cozy room. It’s a Great place for a couple to land and the location is easy access to freeways. Would definitely stay with them again. Thanks Shannon and Mikah for making our vacation comfortable.

Meet the Owners:
Mikah& Shannon
Mikah and I grew up in this area and went to high school nearby. We married in 2005 and raised our daughter in this house. We bought this home in 2012 and have enjoyed remodeling and making improvements along the way. Mikah loves to spend time building and landscaping in the yard. I enjoy catching some rays and playing with our two dogs in the backyard. Our dogs may try to sniff under the fence, but they cannot get through to your the private sitting area. They are very friendly and sometimes just too curious 😊
We decided to rent out the room because we felt that we have something special to share with others. We find the space quiet and comfortable and we hope you will too!
Mikah and I would love if you would say hello in passing. If not, that is ok we completely understand and respect that. We are home often, as both of us work from home so we are very hands on with any requests you may have to make your stay more comfortable!
