The apartment is 80 sq m and consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet.
There`s central heating system in all the spaces, and both bedrooms are air conditioned. One bedroom is equipped with a double king-size bed , a flat TV, and a walk-in closet, while the other has two single beds 90 cm wide, and one bed 120cm wide, a desk and a wardrobe.
The living room is furnished with landscape queen sofas and an armchair. The unique design is here to provide the feeling of a warm and cosy home.
The dining room is furnished with a dining table and chairs in original Austrian nut wood to bring warmth to your meals.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a glasshot plate of renowned producers like Candy
You are free to use the Wi-Fi (50Mbps) and TV (flat screen) as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
We offer fresh makena linen and bathroom towels, a hairdryer, and an iron.

Short but sweet stay at Zagreb

Only stayed 2 nights but really enjoyed our stay. Was cozy, clean and very comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the area and was walking distance to all sights in Zagreb. FYI - amazing Kebab shop just down the street, best we ever had!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay in the Zegreb apartments. They were warm and well equiped and perfect for our family of 5. Communicate with the owner was excellent, including arranging 2 extra nights at short notice. Location was perfect for sightseeing. There was no lift in the building, which was not a problem for us but may be for others.

Great stay in Zagreb

This was our first stop on our trip through Croatia. It was conveniently located within walking distance of many sights, with a nearby market cafes. Communication with Eduard was easy and prompt. He quickly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Well situated and comfortable

We were very happy to arrive at the apartment which is situated very conveniently to many attractions in Zagreb. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the coffee maker was broken, and even after communicating with the property manager, we never got a new one over the three days we stayed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Visit to Zagreb

The apartment was comfortable and the location was excellent! The light in the building did not come on automatically when we first arrived and it did not remain long enough, so it was very difficult to bring luggage upstairs. It would be wonderful if an elevator could be installed.

Concerning foundational cracks in building

Rental was fine, reasonably priced, close to tramway and great location but we observed some serious foundational cracks in the building which are easily seen in the staircase. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason, especially since Zagreb is prone to earthquakes.

Dishonest and Disreputable

Absolutely worst experience we have ever had thru VRBO. We were supposed to get the codes for check in the day before our arrival - I made multiple attempts to contact the host but received no response. While we were in the cab on our way to the unit I had to contact VRBO for support - the customer service agent was also unable to get in touch with the host. We finally got a message from the host with the code and an urgent request to talk to me. He contacted me via WhatsApp and said that he had just checked our reservation the night before and realized he had double booked the unit ( we made the reservation several months in advance). Her had the unit booked for 2 nights - he asked if we would be willing to change units the next day. He told me that the unit he was moving us to was an upgrade and that he would reimburse us for our first night if we would agree to help him out. We agreed and had to cut a tour short to be back at the unit for noon to move. The unit we moved to was definitely not an update- it was much smaller than the unit we had. After 2 weeks when I hadn’t heard from the host and there was still no credit put through on my credit card for the free night he promised I reached out to the host to inquire when I should expect the refund. He responded by telling me he never promised me a refund - he said he promised to give me- and I quote : “ somewhere around 50”. It’s now been a month- I have heard and received nothing.

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the extra 1/2 bathroom. Had a little trouble with the keypad at first but instructions were provided. Very convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was like a home from home. Everything ran smoothly, the host speaks excellent English which is also a relief! There is a good welcome pack, detailing everything you need to know. We were surprised to learn that there is a nearby gym, swimming pool and sauna, which can be used whilst staying in the apartment. Had we known beforehand we would have brought appropriate clothing to try this amenity. However there was plenty to occupy our time in Zagreb. We can recommend this apartment for families, the second bedroom has 3 usable beds.
