De l'autre côté de la place des Fleurs, dans la grande rue Ilica 12 de Zagreb, près de l'hôtel Jagerhorn, se trouve un appartement récemment rénové de 65 m². Il est situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble résidentiel avec ascenseur, balcon et vue calme sur la forêt. Cet appartement meublé de façon fonctionnelle dispose de deux chambres (lits doubles 180 × 200 cm et 140 × 200 cm), une cuisine et un salon spacieux avec un lit supplémentaire / chaise longue pour deux personnes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision par satellite et d'une ligne micro. Air conditionné, minibar, Wi-fi et un centre multimédia pour vérifier vos e-mails, bien sûr, cela va de soi. L'appartement est caractérisé par un charme vintage avec une fonctionnalité actuelle. What a great place in a wonderful and quiet location. The apartment had everything we needed plus more. I highly recommend Alan's place of you want to stay in the historic heart of Zagreb. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic apartment!! Warm and welcoming. Stylishly decorated with a warm and cheerful atmosphere. We loved relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to both the quiet and the sound of the upper city. Alan even remembered our preferences. He is a phenomenal host making making sure we feel at home. All that and more.

The apartment was in a great location between upper and lower Zagreb allowing quick access to touristic sites and restaurants. Alan was a very responsive host and the apartment had all necessary amenities and then some

This is a classy and comfortable apartment for a visit to Zagreb. Walkable to anything you need and all the sights in the heart of the city. Anything you could need is stocked in the apartment and although the living room and decorations are vintage, the appliances and other accommodations are new. Alan was a perfect host.

Amazing stay in the city

This was a wonderful spot!! We loved our stay here. The apartment was big and clean. We were met by Stephen (a colleague) when we got there and he showed up how to use amenities and gave us food recommendations, which was great. The owner was very responsive to all questions and helped us arrange a taxi ride. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from here and it was close enough to the center of the city that we could come back to refresh in the middle of the day. We would definitely stay again and really enjoyed this being our first stop on our trip!!

This is our second trip and stay at this wonderful property and it did not disappoint. Alan is always ever so helpful. His place is always immaculate and so very well appointed. Fabulous everything

3 of us, all seniors, stayed at Alan’s for 4 days His apartment is everything and more than the pictures show. Alan and his colleague Stefan are gracious, kind and so helpful. The apartment is beautiful, the beds are so comfy and there is nothing you would ever need it is so well equipped Spotless from top to bottom…. I would stay here every time I was in Zagreb. And if you are lucky enough to get this apartment I know you will be more than satisfied One of the best accommodations we have had in all our many years of travel

Fantastic apartment in premiere location

We stayed here a week and took some side trips to see more of Croatia and Slovenia. The location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere and took the tram. There is a grocery store extremely close. The apartment has everything we needed and extras we loved- like coffee for the coffee maker and a container of milk and juice to get us started. Lots of little generosities (umbrellas, clothes washer soap etc) Perfect host and a perfect week.

The most perfect apartment and host!

What a most lovely apartment. For anyone who loves vintage and new combined; this is an artist's paradise. In the middle of all things happening in Zagreb, this apartment is amazingly quiet. Our host, Alan could not have been more helpful and kind. Everything you need is right there and a grocery store is literally across the street. Having a washer/dryer combination and built in hairdryer was a lifesaver for us. We will definitely be back!

SUPER STAY!!!

This is definitely the place to stay in downtown Zagreb. Our group of 3 adults spent 9 nights here during Advent and we cannot say enough about how perfect it was. The location could not be better...the amenities, top notch...communication with the owner, superb. Everything from check in to ongoing communication was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Zarko for the awesome airport transfer and to super friendly Stjepan for showing us around the apartment. You are most deserving of your five star rating Alan. A top rated property

We just completed a 20 days trek across Croatia, and the consensus is that Alan’s apartment is the best stay of our entire trip. Like all other bookings, this apartment is in a prime location, right off the main square and shopping street, and the funicular to upper town, but what stands out is the interior of the unit and Allan’s attention to detail. The apartment used to be his father’s home, a famous Croatian sculptor, so it’s artistically decorated like a museum. All appliances are modern and in excellent conditions, and Allan left us abundant kitchen and bathroom supplies. He welcomed us with fruits, juice and milk in the fridge, and personalized welcome sign, made us feel like right at home. We would love to stay at this place longer on our next visit to Zagreb.

Very high marks!

I am super happy that I rented this place for four days. It has the feel of a home, and not a staged rental, and it has many very thoughtful amenities, like bluetooth speakers, different chargers everywhere, a selection of teas, fresh milk for coffee, and a very cute, personally tailored welcome sign. I had been staying in a hotel for a week, and it was nice to get to an actual apartment where I could spread out and do laundry. The location can't be beat. The main Trg Ban Jelacic is less than a minute walking distance from this rental, and this is the first time I have stayed in Zagreb where I didn't take a tramvaj -- there was simply no need given that this was so central. Alan and his property manager were very responsive and were very quick to answer any questions I had, and made sure to arrange for taxis whenever needed, even at 4:30 a.m. Finally, the apartment is on the back side of a courtyard off a busy street. That means that, while this is a seriously bustling location with tons of cafes, tramvajs right outside, shops and restaurants (i.e., street noise), I couldn't hear that street noise in the apartment whatsoever. I can vouch for this because I have a hard time sleeping when it's loud outside, and Zagreb seemed very busy this time of year. I would 150% stay here again.

I'm Alan Bahoric from Zagreb, Croatia, owner of the Flower Square Apartment Ilica.
My friends and I run 2 cosy apartments in the very heart of the city, the pedestrian zone around Flower Square and the main street Ilica. I hope you will have pleasant stay in Zagreb, an excellent entry point to discover Croatia, a unique blend of old school Mitteleuropa, Mediterranean and the Balkans.

I designed my apartment with attention to details, modern accessories and flavour of vintage spirit. I’m a public relations professional and I run my own consultancy which is specialised in corporate communications, event management, and PR in tourism. I like to travel and sail, adore photography, lounge & jazz music, so I guess this apartment is pretty much reflection of myself.

Acting as a public relations manager I had the opportunity to work with biggest hotel companies in Croatia learning about important tips & tricks in the hospitality industry, new trends and how sharing economy has changed the way we travel and choose our destinations. The next big thing were my own experiences as a traveler and guest. Blending experiences and valuable knowledge, I have tried to design a living space in which my guests will feel comfortable and safe as they were staying in their own homes.
