We had a fantastic four-night stay! The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient for the area we needed to be in.The host was excellent and very responsive, answering any questions we had throughout our stay. We really appreciated the great communication and hospitality. The only minor recommendations I would have would be to add a few more cooking utensils to the kitchen and possibly improve the internet connection. The internet was a little finicky at times, but it was noticeably better than what we experienced during our previous stay.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and highly recommend it for a family getaway! The house offered plenty of space for our entire group, and we were blown away by the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allowed us to enjoy the spectacular lake views from almost every angle of the house. We loved relaxing on the back porch to take in the scenery; while you can't swim or fish in the lake, the panoramic views alone are absolutely worth it.The location was perfect—centrally located, just a short distance from local activities and excellent dining options, including the fantastic Wasabi Sushi Kitchen food truck. It also served as a great home base for our day trips; hiking and interacting with the wild burros in Oatman was a highlight for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to the garage, a fully equipped kitchen, and the heated community pool and spa.On top of that, the hosts were incredibly responsive. When a low-battery smoke alarm started chirping at arrival, they got back to us instantly and already had extra batteries waiting in the house. The only minor detail we noticed was slightly low water pressure in the showers, but it didn't take away from our amazing trip at all.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The Property was very nice, things that we didn't like windows and sliding doors need better courting, A/C needs service (very noisy) water softener not working. But it was very nice to seat outside close to the lake.

Spring Break 2024

What a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay. The proximity to Laughlin and oatman was nice. The area was quiet and the morning sitting outside by the lake was awesome. We all loved the pool and hot tub! The house was immaculate and each of us had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay at this location again.
