The first floor features a half bath, open, well-equipped kitchen, pantry, and laundry area and dining room which opens to a spacious living room. For cool nights, there is a gas fireplace. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is an enclosed porch on the lake side of the house leading to the stone fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a large picnic table with benches. The view is beautiful! Summer rentals includes 2 kayaks and a canoe along with life jackets and fishing poles. [NOTE: the dock is removed, and placed in storage, early October through early May.] Take the boats to Emerson Park or visit downtown Auburn just 10 minutes away.
