‱ This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

‱ A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.
3 (three) vehicles are allowed under this permit. No RVs or street parking permitted.

Perfect spot

Stayed here for a short family vacation. Perfect size for our family of 6. Perfect location to walk into town or down to the park and river. The house and kitchen were very well stocked. Highly recommend going to the Sound of Music at the Ski Hill amphitheater.

This is a lovely, quiet spot just blocks from downtown. Location is great, the house is spacious and beautiful, and fitted with everything you might need for a weekend away. The back deck is perfect for enjoying the sun and watching the deer graze in the yard. The AC is also wonderful if you’re staying in the summer! Would definitely return.

Loved this house. It’s 5 min walk to the restaurants and is near the river. It’s updated and was fully stocked. We even got towels for the beach. Terry was a great host. Photos by our toddlers.

What an amazing property. It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we could want! So close to town, maybe a 6 minute walk, and the host is so friendly!! We will definitely stay again!!

Our stay here was amazing! The location is truly unbeatable. The walk into town was quick and easy, but its far enough away so it's not "in town" and it was more tucked into a little neighborhood street. We loved the view and spent plenty of time out on the nice back deck. Terry was a fabulous host and answered any questions we had, as well as provided a ton of great info & recommendations for our stay. We came for a fun couples weekend and are already wanting to come back next summer!
