Casa El Encanto is a modern 2-bedroom condo rental in the Mavila community of Quivira Los Cabos. Surrounded by scenic landscapes and village-style charm, it's perfect for a family vacation. Enjoy the privacy of home with access to Pueblo Bonito Resortsâ beach clubs, pools, the exclusive Quivira Golf Club, and special guest discounts.
The Space:
Mavila is a "village" concept, with pathways and gardens leading to 2 and 3 story townhome small buildings designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind. Casa El Encanto is a ground floor condo conveniently located just steps away the swimming pool, literally open your door to the beautiful blue of pool area.
This brand new condo has been carefully decorated and features a unique open concept that includes:
- Confortable and stylish living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen.
- Cozy private indoor patio fully covered.
- The Master Bedroom is nicely decorated with private bathroom and 60" smart TV.
- Second bedroom with Queen bed and large closet, full bathroom just outside the room.
- Third bedroom has two twin beds, ensuite full bathroom and also 36" smart TV.
- Private Outdoor Patio, perfect place to simply relax.
- Washer and dryer inside the house
And if you feel like going beyond the Village, don't forget you are staying at a Five Star Resort, hop onto your car to the Quivira Club House, The Market at Sunset Beach or any of the Pueblo Bonito Hotels (Sunset, Pacifica, Rose or Los Cabos) and enjoy not only wonderful breakfast, brunches, lunch and fine dining options, but 5 Star Resort Amenities, as a guest in each of them.

- Access to the facilities of all Pueblo Bonito Resorts: Sunset Beach Resort & Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults only resort) within Quivira (5 min driving distance) .
- Access to the gym facilities of Pueblo Bonito Montecristo. ( Extra fee)
- Tee Times with 25% discount at Exclusive Quivira Golf Course (Members & Guests Only)
- 20% discount food & beverage at Pueblo Bonito Resort and 20 % discount at any of the Resort's SPA's.
Resorts are third-party properties, prices and access are subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.
The Neighborhood:
Mavila is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Guests staying in Quivira get to enjoy some fantastic perks! You'll have access to the Quivira Golf Club at a special rate, a discount on spa treatments, and you can even use the amenities at the Pacifica and Sunset restaurants (subject to their availability). We hope these little extras make your vacation truly unforgettable.
Getting Around:
We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts
Other Things to Note:
Mavila is a brand new community, construction is on-going during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo.
Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
*No pets are allowed
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
Mavila Club BBQ grill is restricted for owner use only and using it as a guest has a penalty of $150 USD
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
