This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the quiet community of Terrasol Beach Resort. New to the rental market, this condo has everything needed to relax and enjoy your Cabo vacation.
There are 2 pools for your enjoyment. The main pool has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, it's also attached to the Palapa restaurant with a swim up bar.
Terrasol is located on Solmar beach, which is on the Pacific side..... next to the Playa Grande and Grand Solmar.
Only a 5 min walk to the marina and 15 min walk to all the restaurants, shopping and bars of downtown Cabo.
The condo Has 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the master and 1st bedroom. The second Bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit had been remodelled a few years ago and gives a nice open space living.... from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room.

The condo comes equipped with all linens, towels, paper products as well as a kitchen with all the cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans..... where you can enjoy cooking your favourite dishes.

Living area has plenty of seating for a relaxing evening, with a large screen TV. WIFI is included.

This unit is a Non Smoking unit.... there is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the outside deck.

All renters are subject to a Nightly Fee and a Cleaning Fee at the end of your stay. Payable to Terrasol.

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.
