We have a queen sleeper in the living room, but it does take up a bit more floor space when in use for sleeping. We hope you are able to stay with us in the future. Cheryl: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that you felt your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. We have maintenance staff on call 24 hours a day as well as multiple ways to contact us. We would have promptly addressed your issues once we were made aware. We reviewed our maintenance logs for completing work at units next door. It appears part of a day, during the day, on one of your days during your stay, we were scraping a unit nearby to prepare for painting. I wish we would have known that this was an issue for you and we could have reconsidered our tasks for the day. We value our guests and want them to enjoy all that is offered. I again apologize that you felt that you could not sit outside your cabin. Jamie
