Beautiful, quiet, convenient

Awesome place for a family. Private neighborhood with great pool. Condo was clean and roomy. Very homely. Couldnt have gotten better value for the price. Just minutes from everything.

First I want to say I love the location and point royal in general. It’s a very pretty and peaceful community with lots of amenities. That being said this condo would have been okay except the carpet. It was so dirty I would not walk in there without shoes on. Renting that condo without shampooing the carpet is thoughtless and inconsiderate to the people paying to stay there. If they want to keep the carpet, keep it clean, if not replace it with laminate flooring. But don’t keep renting it the way it is. Also they have ratty vertical blinds on the bedroom windows, again not a big deal except the front of the condo is lit up outside and the blinds do not block the light in the front bedroom. It is so bright you can’t get to sleep. A set of curtains would go a long way in the front bedroom. The master bath tub is also pretty disgusting. I would not recommend this condo in its current condition.

It was a great property! Very clean. Everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking. When we first got there our door code didn’t work and maintenance had to come out to work on the lock and the WiFi never worked.

Great vacatio

So close to the lake. I could watch my husband and kids fish from the screened in back room. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Only complaint we could find towels til the second day. But we did find them. Check in was a little confusing but check out was a breeze.

Great weekend getaway!

Overall a great property and location. Our primary reason for being there was Lake Taneycomo and fishing. You can't ask for a better location for that. The unit itself was clean and functional. The units age is apparent but everything works and is kept in the best possible condition.

It was a little dirty then I thought the carpet was very dirty, bathrooms did not look very clean, the room smelt like smoke. And the downstairs neighbor was very rude.

Nice retreat

This condo was a nice place to stay. Its in a very busy neighborhood! Only one pool for hundreds of people. Guests & owners, cant believe they dont invest more in the grounds. Golf course is nice looking but not everyone plays golf! Need more to do. Its on a tributary of the lake, but it was up with all the rain.

So peaceful!

This condo is in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened deck with coffee, watching the early morning fog burn off above the lake, and listening to the sounds of the night. It was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We are already talking about getting this same unit next time.

Just like several negative reviews prior. This place is in major need of an update. They should not rent it. The management company does not seem to care. I asked prior to staying if they adressed the previous reviews and they did not reply. All they cared to do was try and sell me show tickets, etc.

Magnificent Stream View

The property is clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching the wildlife. It was serene and a break from the hustle and bustle that Branson often is. We felt safe and secure in this property. There is a guard on duty 24/7. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the bed in the owner's suite. That was a very minor set back. I would recommend this property, and the owners are very accommodating to your needs.
