Parking: Park only in the designated spaces (driveway or garage). No parking in the street or yard.
Noise Restrictions: No amplified music is allowed 24/7. Outdoor activities and spa use should end by 10:00 p.m.
Trash: Dispose of trash at local dumpsters. Locations are provided in your welcome packet.

Fines & Eviction: Violations of the rules can result in fines starting at $500 per offense, with eviction possible for repeated infractions.
