Million dollar Golf/Lake/Mountain/Sunset view Desert Palm OASIS with sun & glam!

Pool/spa- on golf course- lake AND mountains with sunset view... An Oasis
.retreat of your dreams for a fraction of the cost. This Palm Oasis has a Jacuzzi AND a plunge pool. Lush furnishings, huge TVs, and it's own tiny 'casino' with citrus trees for your drinks! The 'casino' has a roulette, poker and craps table as well as a bar underneath. Look no further for this central-to-EVERYTHING-home. There is a community lap pool and spa as well. The Golf course is public so get golfing with great rates and the 'club house' is NOT your 'grandfather's golf club'... it's a super fun 'Hard Rock' style country club. It is a wonderful neighborhood and safe, we have security cameras in front and back yard and 24hr gate and roaming security. This is not a 'party' house... we want to respect our community and neighbors whom are our friends. Our HOA has a 30 day min. rental. Kids are loved, but there are many light colored furnishings... this is our paradise and we hope to keep it that way.
January to April or March is the preferred rental term we are looking for but do reach out if you need other dates.
Tenant pays utilities used.
6 guests max.
We love dogs, well behaved are welcome. The backyard is a paradise for humans and dogs can go potty in the front.

Pictures don't do this oasis justice!

We absolutely adored our stay and the host Lauren was fantastic! Upon arrival we were greeted with an adorable gift basket on the counter with all our essential items such as sunscreen, detergent, lotion, body wash, towels, etc. Lauren was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! The house was fully loaded with everything from kitchen appliances to bath essentials. Also, I cannot say this enough, the pictures don't do this oasis justice, the house is incredibly clean, very well kept, spacious and the views by the pool were incredible. We also stayed with our two small dogs and walking them in this gorgeous neighborhood was the perfect start and end to our day. I would 10/10 recommend this house, I wish all hosts were as great as Lauren and we will definitely be back!

The perfect desert oasis!

This place has everything you need for a perfect vacay! We golfed nearby, we enjoyed the local Big Rock pub, and there is a grocery store just minutes away for all of your backyard BBQ needs! The house is setup with so many great amenities, from a roulette wheel inside to the outdoor pool & spa. We absolutely loved watching the golfers from the back patio with our morning coffee & then closing the day watching the sunset behind the mountains from the jacuzzi. The living room feels like a Movie theater with THE BEST couch ever! We have some family nearby that visited us & they all commented how they hope we stay here again. This desert oasis hit all the marks on our VRBO wish list! The Pittmans were great hosts and very awesome to work with leading up to & during our stay. (Side note: just be sure you have visitors put the entire address into a “vehicle GPS” and specify “Indio” as the city. My Dad entered this home address and then “Palm Springs” popped up as city option and it routed him to a Crystal Springs in Palm Springs, and delayed their arrival by about 30-40 minutes. ) Overall, 200% recommend this VRBO for a fun, relaxing and comfortable get away. You will not have any regrets!

A true oasis in the desert!

We can’t speak highly enough of this property and the owners. From the over-the-top hospitality to the amazing views, this is truly an oasis in the desert. The golf course and mountain views were breathtaking—especially from the relaxing jacuzzi! And the house is impeccable with everything right at your fingertips. The owners definitely had their guests in mind when they set up this gem of a property. If you are looking for a wonderful getaway, we would highly recommend the Lark Oasis!

This property is Paradise in the desert.

This property is located in a lovely safe guarded gate community in the Indio area. The Indio / La Quinta area is centrally located to all of the attractions the desert has to offer. The house is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The hot tub is wonderful, along with the spool. The property overlooks the golf course, beautiful mountains and sunsets every night. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful with any requests that we had. I would definitely come back and stay at this property again.

Valentina Weekend get-a-way

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Great location close to everything but very quite neighborhood. House was exactly as advertised very clean and great layout. Spool was just the right size and getting it heated was a bonus. They are very pet friendly and even had welcome treats for dog. Highly recommend this house and the owners were a delight to work with. Only thing I would change is they need more cooking pans as they only had 2 which is not enough for a family.

Relaxing getaway

This home was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors during the pandemic. I especially loved the huge hammock in the back yard where I did a lot of reading and afternoon naps. One suggestion, if you’re being mindful of the sun, would be to set up the outdoor umbrella for added shade over the hammock. Otherwise it was great!

Best way to say goodbye to 2020!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! We came with our family and dog to get away from m all the chaos of 2020 and this exceeded our expectations. Lauryn was so extremely gracious and attentive. She left us with many housewarming treats, even for our puppy! How thoughtful!! The house was beautiful and cozy, the backyard and views were spectacular!
