The location was chosen because of the pond. The grandchildren fished and paddle board. I bird watched early every morning. It was like the wild kingdom deer, quail, turkey, ducks etc. We loved the wild live.

We really had a great time at this cabin. We enjoyed fishing and use of kayak and boat! My husband caught 9 fish ranging from bass, crappe, and perch (all were released). Great memories! Definitely recommend!

Great place

The cabin was better than advertised. Clean well stocked and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the fishing (losing more than they caught) and boating while I relaxed. Will recommend to friends and family.

We didn’t want to come home

Nothing like looking out first thing in the morning and seeing the mist over the lake and hearing a symphony of birds all around us. This place is beautiful and truly unique. The simplicity offers something most places cannot; a place where you can relax, have fun, connect with family and enjoy nature. Definitely an annual stay!

Slice of heaven

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was gorgeous. Cabin was beautiful. Owners really made it special with a beautiful Christmas tree for Christmas. And lights on the deck. They really put alot of thought into their property. My kids went fishing everyday. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful weekend in Springville

What a beautiful property! We were in Springville for a family event but after one night in the cabin we were already asking ourselves when we could come back for a week! The property is idyllic - the pond, pastures, cows, and other wildlife all add to the vibe. We had rain all weekend but that gave us the chance to see a double rainbow over the pond! Amenities were great and the space was super clean and organized perfectly.

Outstanding!

For starters, Brooke is an amazing host of an amazing place! She reached out to us prior to our arrival, as well as checking in on us during our stay. She had wonderful recommendations on where to go, what to see, etc. Our stay was nothing less than outstanding....a beautiful cabin that has it all including a private swimming hole! It offers peace and tranquility, away from the hussle and bussle of the national parks, but close enough to be able to visit! During our stay, we visited Barch County Park, Sequoi National Park, and made a day trip over to the coast, visiting the Paso Robles wine area on the way! Also enjoyed a lot of time relaxing at the swimming hole on hot days! Undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed in our 9 years of mother-daughter adventures! Thank you, Brooke.

Relaxing

Best use of 1,000 sq feet i have seen. Very nicely decorated, and all the right details. Flood lights in the back keep mosquitos from irritating you when eating outside, the porch is just right that you can sit out there without the sun in your eyes. The location/angle of the house compared to the pond/mountains is breath taking. Like someone brought a beautiful picture to life. Brooke was always available and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. If Brooke could control the weather.. it would have been very magical. ;-) parting last words... sitting in the middle of the pond is the most peaceful thing next to laying down staring at the sky at night.
