This cul-de-sac located, solar powered home is spacious and offers room for up to 6.
It has 2,467 square feet of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fully furnished with modern décor and gorgeous views of both the city and mountains. Two-car garage (EV car charger) with additional two driveway parking spaces. The property offers air-conditioning, central heating, wireless internet, Xfinity cable & water softener system.

Medical professionals traveling into the area will be close to Northwest Hospital to ensure an easy commute. Within a few minutes drive to other prime locations including Freeway access and Oro Valley / Marana. Starbucks, Walgreens and Lee Lee International Supermarket within walking distance.

In addition to large living space downstairs, this home also offers a loft upstairs with 85" TV for relaxing and watching your favorite streaming network. Beautiful Corian counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and deco tile back-splash in kitchen. Includes all kitchen tools and coffee maker.

Each of the bedrooms is nice and spacious offering comfortable mattresses. Two king beds, one queen bed and two twin beds. Great place

We we're happy with our host Maria, keeping us informed of check in and out info, and who to call with any issues which we had none. The property was very clean and kept up. Great neighborhood ! We hope to stay there often!!

Winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay and communication with Maria was always prompt and responsive. We found that we had to buy kitchen towels and additional silverware for our month long stay with 6 guests. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great location for hiking cycling and sightseeing.

We had great 4 weeks in this house

First things first: we had a great 4 weeks in this house. was responsible for it 1. an extremely helpful and service-oriented Maria Rascon, who was always and immediately there to help. No matter if garbage disposal, TV, techn. Things like routers or general questions, she dealt with every topic professionally, easily, charmingly and... immediately. Maria, you did an extremely good job. 2. the weather was fantastic. From spring to midsummer everything was there. An excellent alternative to our rather cool spring in Germany. 3. Of course the house itself. Very clean, functional, well furnished, with three large XL TVs, charging stations for tablets and mobile phones. The coffee machine with the donut coffee capsules was particularly popular with us - just like at home. The only thing we missed in the house were wine glasses, which should definitely be retrofitted. The backyard is very generous in terms of area but can still be expanded. We regularly used the garden bar stool at the table on the covered terrace when we came back from hiking or playing golf. The rest of the seating available in the garden was a bit too deep for our older bones - at least when it came to getting up. A last suggestion from our point of view would be to install a better blackout option in the master bedroom, since the early sunrise makes it difficult to sleep in late. In summary, we can say: we had a great 4 weeks in this house

The host was highly communicative and communication was clear. The home is beautiful, clean and nicely appointed. The bedding was great to climb into every night! Master bath was exceptional. We will be happy to stay here again!

Spacious and perfectly located 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and an cozy loft with 85" TV to stream for favorite shows or movies. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen and be able to hang out with family & friends easily in open concept living space. If you work remotely there is a dedicated office space to get work done. Enjoy a beautiful evening outdoors and catch a wonderful sunset by firepit.

Lots of space offering two comfortable king beds, a queen bed and two twin beds. Three generously sized TV's to enjoy favorite shows/ movies after a long day.
