Kiahuna Golf Club offers 18 holes of superb Hawaiian golf, right outside your door! Guests are also close to the northern point of the historic Hapa Trail, maintained in recent times since the 1980s and used to link different parts of the island. The beautiful clear waters of Kiahuna Beach are less than a mile south. And consider picking up something delicious and refreshing from Keoki's Paradise, just a half-mile from your door.

It was a bit dirty when we arrived but host did try to clean it while we were there. Property is near main Poipu beaches.

A Spacious Home with a Lovely Lanai (Patio)

We loved this location, the space, and the lanai (patio). We had our breakfast and coffee out on the patio each morning! Overall, the space was clean and as described. The location is great. As per other reviews, you can easily hear those staying upstairs, and the floor didn't feel super clean. Outside of this, the space met our needs.

Pleasant area with a view and a beautiful starlight sky.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Enjoyed the area and the view on golf course. Perfect for family's. Expect having a rooster around. Can be a little noisy. Other then that, it's almost like home.

Everything went well. Clean when we arrived. Although one of the smoke detectors went off our first night multiple times. I would have preferred the key for the door as a 10digit code is not something g easily remembered. And with multiple people staying and utilizing the pool and spa area and not taking our phones with this information. Had a great time. Thank you

Nice, but better options

The location is great, the unit was well equipped except no bbq tools and very clean. The noise from the unit above was so loud from people walking it woke us up every morning. The hot tub was so hot no one would use it we all sat around the tub and just soaked our legs. Several guest reported this including us and we were laughed at and was told it’s fine. The WI-FI they only give you access to the 2g network and it is so slow it made it hard to work on our computer.

The location was nice the unit was nice, but the floors were filthy it seemed as though it wasnt thoroughly cleaned in a while. Not to mention under the furniture was thick with rubbish and dust and our feet was black from just walking through the unit in just a few minutes. The furniture had stains and smelled a little and the entry carpets were full of sand. Tried to contact someone and i had to wait a til the next day to get a response

Nice location, loud neighbors

This condo is nicely located with food and beaches in close proximity. The unit is spacious and the kitchen and finishes feel new and well kept. We also enjoyed the pool and lanai. You can see the ocean in the distance over the golf course and the complex itself is peaceful. But this is not the place for you if you are a light sleeper! You can hear each and every footstep from the neighbors upstairs. I slept with earplugs every night. Also, the roosters enjoy the lanai so there is no sleeping in in the morning.

Amazing location

Poli Mai 10 F is a great apartment backing the golf course. Nice 10 min walk to the beach. Yummy Thai , coffee and pizza store is walkable. We love the apartment. Fully equipped with all amenities. Will love to come back.

Comfortable and convenient condo.

Pili Mai 10F was an excellent condominium for our stay of five weeks. The unit was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great and the layout of the condo was very livable. Nice appliances and finishes throughout. The kitchen is stocked with the minimum of what is needed to cook, so we supplemented with some things from Target. Would probably be fine for guests staying only a week or so. The only other issue we had was with chickens. They are frequent visitors to the lanai and frequently pooped on the table, chairs and lanai. There was a hose to clean things off, but still a little gross. No fault of the owners, as they clearly had been fed/encourged by previous guests. Overall, highly recommend this condo.

An Incredible Stay

If you are in Poipu, this is a must stay. This condo was incredible. Very clean, luxurious, spacious, and in a great location close to the beach and many restaurants and sites. One of the best vacation properties I have ever stayed in.

We love that it is on the golf course with beautiful view and in Koloa walking distance to shopping center. We also love the welcome gift and plenty of bath and beach towels for a family. Place is clean which is great. However, things could be better. Cooking pots are old/scratched up, ironing board stain/dirty, beach umbrella broken and beach chairs are dirty and ripped. Washer has an unpleasant odor, garbage disposal doesn't work, only 1 pants hanger, kitchen faucet loose, need apron for cooking, glass cleaner to clean dining table, dish rack, sink drainer, wall clock for living room.. are just few things we could use or enhance our stay. Suggest that maintenance to check on things before the next guest.

Awesome unit at a great location

We had a great time staying at this unit. It was new, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short drive to the beach and right on the golf course! We didn’t get a chance to play a round but it’s awesome waking up to the view. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful place

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It is a peaceful complex with serene environment overlooking the golf court. The space is big and comfortable. The only downside is that the external AC units that sit outside of the condominium can get a bit loud at night, but then again I am not a sound sleeper. Everything else was great. Had a good communication with the manager for some smaller issues we faced and were fixed promptly.

South Side Paradise!

Condo is situated on the golf course with beautiful views! Quiet and secluded. Home had everything we needed and loved the pool!
