This brand new 2 Bedroom plus loft, 2 Baths condo is ready for your next vacation getaway! Located right on the edge of the Kiahuna Golf Course with distant ocean views, this unit offers amazing views to enjoy and escape your daily routines. Two master bedrooms lend to privacy with separate locations within the condo and the den adds extra space to relax, hang out or provide extra sleeping accommodations. The upgrades in design choices have a neutral palette which will be sure to please any taste and offer materials such as travertine, granite and marble.. This condo is just steps away from the fabulous amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ's and a fitness center. This condo will provide all you need to make a great home away from home! Beautiful property, very clean, the set up was perfect for our group. Check in process was very easy and the property management company was very responsive. The hot tub and kiddie pool were out of commission for maintenance which was our only disappointment as we were looking forward to those amenities. Location is great and excellent value for your money.

The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen was nice. It was nice to have a garage. It was on the smaller size so a large SUV or Truck won't fit. The A/C was great. The back balcony view was nice. The washer/dryer was nice to have. The Hot Tub was shut down unfortunately which was a serious bummer but that was probably out of the control of the property owner. It was in great proximity to very nice beaches. Over-all it was a great experience.

Property was clean except for some minor carpet stains on the steps leading upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The air conditioning is not great. There is only one thermostat and it's located on the first floor. As a result, the upstairs gets much hotter than downstairs. There are ceiling fans in the loft and the bedroom upstairs to help cool things down but they aren't sufficient when it's warm outside. The HVAC system is also somewhat noisy. My 20 year old son said the single beds in the loft were not very comfortable. They are probably fine for kids but adults may not enjoy sleeping on them. The furniture in the living room is adequate but not really suited for hanging out and watching TV for an extended period of time. The lanai is definitely on the smaller side so don't expect a family of four to be able to hang out there. Having a dedicated garage space was nice and convenient but it is a tight fit if you're driving an SUV. The overall property in nice and well kept.

It was the perfect spot for us to spread out and we were shocked at how much space the condo had. Our only concern was the cookware. It’s in very rough shape (extremely scratched, food sticks, light weight and wobbly while cooking, and unhealthy to continue being cooked in). We have loved our stays that have stainless steel pots and pans. They hold up and stay in the same shape time and time again. Thank you for the accommodation. We loved our stay overall!

We really enjoyed the large open kitchen and the spacious setup of the entire home. Once we figured out the correct way to contact the host, it was quick communication. I did have trouble locating the unit, that part could be clearer. Overall it was a great experience.

This condo was AMAZING!! Absolutely exceeded our expectations which I feel like is typically hard to do. The location was awesome and so close to everything, the view from the balcony was beautiful with the golf course and a partial ocean view, it was super clean inside and there was everything you could ever need! We took advantage of the snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards every day which was awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A functional unit about a mile away from Poipu Beach that has good amenities, including cooking utensils, comfortable beds, convenient BBQ grills right outside the unit (hidden behind some bushes in the front parking lot), and beach chairs. Unfortunately, the unit has a lot of "wear and tear," including many broken light fixtures that were not repaired but replaced by the management company by taking a lamp fixture away from a bedroom to replace the one that was broken!! Now the room where the light fixture was removed is missing a lamp. The dining room lamp bulb was broken and was never replaced, apparently because it had to be ordered, thus eating multiple dinners in the dark. The fan in the living room made a horrendous grinding noise and was never fixed. The unit suffered from humidity as a result of not being able to use the fan even with the use of the AC, which can only be lowered to 73 degrees. The rental management should consider hiring a different housekeeping team, as the toilets, along with the bathroom sinks, had discolored rings around the waterline. The toilets were either never scrubbed or need to be replaced if you can see stains on them. The refrigerator door and oven doors were not wiped, so you can see hand stains from prior guests. You can tell the floors were minimally cleaned as dirt and dead bugs accumulate in the corners, especially around the dining room corner. On the plus side, the management team was responsive to our texts, but unfortunately the issues we brought up were never resolved, especially the ceiling fan, which was brought up immediately when we first checked in for our 7-day stay. Hopefully the issues we mentioned will be remedied for future guests.

Based on other reviews, many guests appear to rate this property as exceptional and specifically mention the cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would disagree with that level of rating. While the condo itself has good bones and amenities, the overall cleanliness and upkeep fell short of expectations. The carpeting throughout the unit was stained. The stairs looked like they had not been vacuumed recently, and there was visible dust buildup on vents and decorative trees, all of which contributed to the unit feeling less clean overall.Additionally, much of the furniture and beach equipment provided was very worn. The dining chairs had visible stains and the living room furniture had noticeable wear that suggested they are in need of updating or replacement. The beach chairs and umbrella also had torn carrying straps and broken framing.Kauai itself was wonderful, and the overall Pili Mai property is conveniently located and well maintained. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, both of which were very nice. The unit itself has a lot of potential, but the level of care and maintenance did not match the reviews, and offering damaged or broken amenities felt misleading.We chose not to raise complaints with the property manager during our stay because we were concerned about potential retaliation or tension during our visit but as a vacationer who relies on other customers' reviews, I must be honest in my review.
