Enjoy family games or relax by the living room's gas fireplace while planning out the next day's activities.

This family-friendly home is full of relaxing spaces, with bedrooms laid out to provide privacy and comfort. Meanwhile, the lowest floor has been transformed into a game room, complete with foosball, a dartboard, and direct access to the furnished patio—making it the perfect hangout zone for guests of all ages. Added amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Lake Arrowhead is just under two miles from this home - as is Lake Arrowhead Village, perfect for guests who want to get in some shopping between trips to the lake. If you're looking to go beyond Lake Arrowhead, Lake Gregory Regional Park is just over nine miles from the home. Skypark at Santa's Village offers lots of space for outdoor activities (including mountain biking) just two-and-a-half miles from the home. When you visit in the winter, Rim Nordic Ski Area is just 13-and-a-half miles away and Snow Valley Ski Resort is just under 14 miles from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
