Thank you for considering our recently updated, comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom home - high on a hill and nestled in the pines and dogwoods. House comes fully equipped for family getaways and working vacations with high-speed internet and smart TVs.

Features a wrap around deck with patio heaters, vaulted-ceiling great room with fireplace, large TV, Sonos, X-Box, and record player. 2 sets of double doors bring the outdoors in. Fully outfitted & updated kitchen and BBQ area, complete laundry/mudroom and 4 person hot tub. Tons of games, puzzles for quiet nights by the fireplace. Garage parking for at least one vehicle, 2 if they're not large, and driveway is spacious.

Home is situated on a large, tree-filled lot with plenty of quiet space to rest, relax and reset. At end of a quiet street, so almost no traffic. You'll be above it all with fantastic forest views.

Very large primary bedroom suite with king bed, good-sized 2nd bedroom on main level with queen bed, and a cozy 'bunkroom' for kids (or adults!) on lower level.

Family friendly, high-end accommodations 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. Home has been set up for children with stair and deck gates. No parties or large group events please.

Very close to great hiking, restaurants, shopping (Arrowhead Village and other areas) Santa's Village park (Great for kids) and more.

We've made an effort to keep the home extremely clean, uncluttered, and comfortable, and hope you'll love it as much as we do.

Security Note: Home is equipped with Ring exterior and garage security cameras for safety (wildlife), crime prevention, and liability. Locations are: Driveway/Front, Left side facing N/E, Back Patio, and S/W looking up hillside. Cameras are not continuously monitored but are recorded and recordings maintained by alarm company for 30 days. Back Patio camera has limited view of hot tub area. All cameras are highly visible and obvious.

This was a fabulous, well equipped cabin with an ideal location. Probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The host was super fast to respond to any questions I had. They have anything & everything you need for a great laid back stay. Loved the Nespresso for coffee in the morning and the hot tub in as so nice to relax in the evening. Would definitely book this place again for our next Lake Arrowhead trip.

This cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was easy to reach out to with any questions. We had a great Christmas week with cozy fires and hot tubbing in the evenings. We would do this again anytime.

We had a wonderful November visit to this blissfully quiet retreat! The three level layout was ideal for our four person family- everyone had their own space! I was drawn to the large L shaped couch in the pictures, and it certainly delivered. The perfect cozy spot to lounge as a family in front of the fire! We made ample use of the hot tub and truly appreciated the peaceful locale of this house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is generously stocked (excellent quantity of dishes!) and great for cooking. Our kids enjoyed the games, too! The bottom bedroom was quite cold at night, but there was a space heater in the closet that easily solved that issue. The driveway is no joke- follow the advice of the owner and make a u-turn at the end of the street to line up correctly before going up. My husband tried to make a hard right and definitely scraped the bottom of our car. Once we lined up right though, no problem. A great stay overall!

Second time staying at this location. nice quiet with a wraparound deck that offers treetop views. Patio heaters were great and nice to have in the evening Gas fireplace with firewood was another nice touch.

Overall very nice place that was remote enough to be a retreat but not so far to be inconvenient to everything we wanted to do. There was some miscommunication re door codes but it was quickly addressed. The driveway is very narrow and steep which was a little tricky to navigate. Got to get momentum going up and go slow going down or you could scrape your car. Everything else was cozy. Lots of outdoor space to relax.

Calm getaway

The property is located in a quiet street, surrounded by trees. It is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin is big and well equiped. Even though you are in nature you still have amenities and stores near by. The jacuzzi/spa is a nice feature. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

This was the perfect property for our vacation. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms had air so we all slept well. This was one of the best-stocked VRBOs we have ever had. The location was exactly as expected as well. I appreciated the thorough communication and fast response from the host. When the hot tub was giving us a problem, the host was quick to offer a discount for the lost amenity. I couldn’t have asked for more and I highly recommend this property.

Absolute Tranquility

What a wonderful retreat from our day to day routine. The owner Mr. Cawood is very accessible for any questions and advise that you may require. The cabin itself is gorgeous and immaculate. The state of the art Jacuzzi tub is a welcome inclusion after a long day of either mountain biking or skiing! We will definitely be back for some more tranquility. 5⭐

Mountain getaway

We had a fabulous time in Lake Arrowhead. Peaceful street tucked away in the forest above Lake Arrowhead. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and making dinner in the woods. WEll stocked, clean and great communication with host!

Snowy getaway

We loved our time at the chalet. We were up in April and we’re not expecting the more than 1/2 a foot of snow we got. The owner was super responsive and helpful to our needs and made sure someone came and shoveled our truck out. Beside that, the house is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the village. We were very comfortable there and would come back for sure.

Great Cabin in good location

The property is very nice and the host is very accommodating. It is a perfect fit for a family. Close to Arrowhead Village, hiking trails and hot tub was an added bonus. Driving is steep but we were able to pull in and out without too much difficulty. Will definitely stay there again!

Treehouse Lodge

We loved everything about this house! It had everything you could ask for as far as accommodations go! The house was decorated so perfectly and was very clean and well stocked. We visited for a long weekend and snow boarded two days, so the jacuzzi at the end of the day was great! Perfect location at the end of a quiet street! Would definitely come again!

Rather keep it to myself

Hate to share this information b/c I'd rather keep the place to myself! Absolutely perfect. From the garage to the gas starter fireplace, hot tub temperature, location, heating system, towels, large comfortable couch, TV, washer/dryer, cell phone reception, high speed internet, and on and on... It will be the only place I visit when I come up to Arrowhead.
