We had a couple of minor issues and they were taken care of right away. Our stay was very pleasant. This was our second time at this property. The neighborhood is a little run down but the unit is nice. We would stay again if in the area.

The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. It was confusing checking in as the front house has the same code and our place was not easily visible. There is an abandoned car in the front yard.

Property was clean. The bathroom door stuck on the tile and took some muscle to open. A nice location that felt a little tucked away in the neighborhood but still close to the city. Check in instructions were clear and easy!

It ended up being better than first impressions.The property has weeds, a car parked where the front lawn should have been, inaddition to RVs blocking the driveway. The apartment did have everything we needed with elbow room. Sadly, the back bedroom developed a cat urine smell in the afternoon heat.

i was here for a medical stay. i let the host know from the start i was having surgery at Deaconess Hospital on the morning of April 5th, and needed the place to recover. my doctor originally said I would need to be in town for 2 weeks, but during the 1 week follow up i was doing so well that he cleared me to go home. i let the host know and asked for a refund for the unused nights. host asked we clean up after our selves, which my boyfriend had already. after we left and got home on April 13, host let me know he will not issue a refund for the unused 7 nights and that he would keep my checkout date on April 20th despite me not being there for that week. i contacted vrbo, and they said the host said "money is tight" and they will not issue a refund. me and my boyfriend are struggling too, but we don't steal from others. the host was very nice throughout the stay, it was very disappointing to see him result to stealing at the end...

Reeks like litterbox

Unit was generally clean but the property has many cats and it smells very strongly of litter box throughout the space. I asked the host a question and did not receive a reply and parking instructions were confusing.

Nice little cozy guest house with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen !!! Bed was really comfortable and it was overall a very nice stay !!! And free coffee is always good !!! I would recommend this VRBO property to anyone who is visiting this area. Host was very responsive and would stay again.
