My stay was great. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Based on the reviews, I expected and did hear some loud street noise, but I went into it eyes wide open. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others.

Cool Urban hang out - close to everything

Enjoyed this cool apartment with all the amenities you need and lots of places to walk to. Easy to get in and out, felt like a local.

Perfect location & cutest apartments

We LOVED this apartment, it’s as close to the convention center as you can possibly be. Easy access. We loved the size for our family of 6. We felt safe, it’s close to shopping/ food/ parks. Parking in the garage across the street was pricey but close. Will stay here again next time we have an event at the convention center!

Happy Hoopfest

Perfect location for our family of hoopfesters. Four of us traveled from Montana to watch local family members play in Hoopfest. Made the apartment the hub - perfect for cooling down, meals and getting the nursing mothers a place to take care of the littles. So much to see and do all within walking distance.

Nice Apartment for Working Travelers

Building was nice, clean and secure. Bed was comfortable. Street noise at night on weekend was loud even with noise cancelling machine. Kitchenette could be better stocked with skillets, ovenware and cutting board. While we liked the apartment we will not stay again in downtown Spokane. Host was responsive and looking into kitchenette items to make this better for the next visitor.

Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)

we enjoyed our stay but the night time noise from the nearby vape shop was a definite negative - we only slept well sunday night when it was closed. The apartment was very clean BUT We found dirty pillow cases with make up from previous guest. Not cool. location near waterfront park and was awesome.

Safe, Clean and Great Location!

We spent a week in Spokane for my brother’s wedding. We rented 2 of these apartments and were really happy with them. They were clean and had everything we needed. We felt safe - the surrounding area has a very high transient population (it’s downtown - everywhere downtown is like this.) But we felt safe having the building door secured and having a code to get in. We fully utilized our apartment. The washing machine & dryer were great, dishwasher was great
we cooked as we have food allergies and can’t eat every meal out. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many places. My brother lives downtown and was just a couple blocks away. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to city park, shopping and Veterans Arena

Apartment was well equipped, clean, attractive,, close to downtown attractions, and winery tasting rooms. Beds were very comfortable and room temperature was adjustable. We had some trouble checking in. I never received instructions via email. Unit door would not open with the code given as punch in lockbox was not working. I called management . On sight housekeeper provided an immediate response and key entry

Fantastic

Clean, well appointed. Only down is the difficulty in finding parking. Had to set alarm for 8:00 AM each morning to purchase parking and then only could for 2 hours before having to go drive and move car to a new area for the next two hours.
