We have stayed at The Palms multiple times but only in condos that LiquidLife manage. There is a reason for that. We always find the condo to be spotless. All appliances and furnishings are stylish and are in working order. Communication is great and when once we had a plumbing issue, it was repaired that day. We highly recommend LiquidLife condos.

Beautiful condon in prime location overlooking the beach. Back patio overlooking the beach was perfect to spread out and admire the beauty. The kitchen was amazing and had so much to offer from 2 microwaves to coffee pots and a huge fridge. Will certainly come back.

The condo was clean and appeared to be well kept. It has an excellent view of the beach. One issue that there was construction in the building which was very noisy in our unit. Had we known this we may have made other arrangements. Also, the bathtubs surface is very slippery when wet, slip proof pads should be installed.

Thank you for staying at The Palms 513 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad you enjoyed the space, location, and large balcony. I’m sorry the towels had black spots and did not appear clean — I’ve shared this with our housekeeping team so they can investigate and replace any affected linens. Thank you for the note about bringing toilet tissue, paper towels, and trash bags; I’ve passed that to our inventory team so we can review what’s provided and improve our starter supplies. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight. Thanks for all the big table and extra seating! We were able to walk to 3 restaurants and drive quickly to several others, so the location is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, but take them at their word that you need to bring extra toilet paper and blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location in Orange Beach. Condo was comfortable and fairly well stocked. Seemed clean upon arrival, but found a used washcloth in the shower. Initially had unsecured Wi-Fi, and after the company changed out all the cable boxes and routers in the building (during our stay) we were left without access to the Wi-Fi. The security code for the condo was changed before checkout, so we had to make sure someone stayed behind while loading the car.

Thank you for the 4‑star review. Glad the location and comfort of the condo worked well for you. Sorry about the used washcloth — that shouldn’t have happened. I’ve reported it to our housekeeping team and reinforced the final inspection checklist. Apologies also for the Wi‑Fi interruption and the unsecured network at arrival; the building’s provider replaced cable boxes/routers during your stay, which caused the outage and settings issue. We’ve contacted the provider and building management to prevent mid‑stay equipment changes and to ensure the guest network is secured and stable. Lastly, sorry the access code changed before checkout — we’ll coordinate code updates and improve our communication so guests aren’t caught off guard. Appreciate the feedback and we hope to host you again.

Clean and perfect for our needs. Close to so many stores/restaurants. Only thing I would suggest is adding a few more dish towels and we couldn’t find pot holders anywhere! Other than that, fully stocked of kitchen necessities and we enjoyed the pools and close proximity to the beach.

Family vacation

Great location! Very disappointed I had to purchase a second parking pass. Also, they would not let us in the condo early. Several other people around us were in at 2:30. If condo was ready it’s a shame to not let guest in. I even offered to pay a fee. Nice updates to the condo.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the location and updates to the condo. We understand the frustration with the parking fee and check-in timing. While early check-in isn’t always possible, we do try to accommodate when we can, and we’re sorry this wasn’t the case for your stay. Your input helps us improve the guest experience—thank you again!

The place was great, location and everything was perfect. We will 100% be back! Such a cute and cozy condo. My only reason for the 4 star review, is that the place could have been cleaner. My 1 year old was crawling around when we got there and had black residue on his knees and feet. We got the extra bedding out for the pull out couch bed and chip crumbs fell out of the sheets. Not exactly what you want to see. Everything else was fabulous. The beach access, the pool, the condo.

We’re truly sorry, however, about the cleanliness concerns you encountered upon arrival. That’s not the standard we want for our guests, and we’ll be addressing this immediately with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and can’t wait to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Extended stay at the Palms

We enjoyed our extended stay at the Palms (3weeks) this fall. The condo is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and lottery tickets. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was great. The unit is undergoing renovation and they have not gotten to the bathrooms but they were clean and functional. Our only complaint is the kitchen utensils were old and non functional. We had 3 can openers and none of them worked. There were no pot holders and the cookware was barely usable. We had to purchase a frying pan, knives (the ones there were dull and dangerous) and a cutting board. The vacuum cleaner would not pick up any dirt, we called maintenance and they said it was working fine. We would stay at the Palms again but the minor issues need to be addressed.
