Conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, you're just steps away from major grocery stores, local eateries, and souvenir shops—making it ideal for family vacations or a friends’ retreat.

Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your family meals. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher—all designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Have stayed at Sea Chase multiple times over 30 years. Always nice. Pools are nice, hot tubs are nice. Beaches clean, nice, and not too crowded.

Had a wonderful time , the condo was great would stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well furnished . The staff more than friendly , we had an issue with the door and it was corrected immediately! Angela the property manager is fantastic ! Will book our next trip to Orange beach at Sea chase ! The pools and hot tubs were wonderful ! We have stayedA lot of places and the security is at the pool killing the vibe , but not here . They walked by spoke and smiled and went about their business ! The kitchen in the condo was furnished with plenty of dishes and utensils for many people . Loved the unit ! Fast elevators about 50 yard walk to the pools , maybe 200 yard walk to the sand ! Great great location!

A great vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed six nights over the July 4th holiday and had a great vacation! We found the unit to be just as advertised, including the magnificent view of the beach. While some people might prefer the view from a higher floor, we loved the second floor as you are just steps from the beach or the multiple pools. The unit is spacious and can easily accommodate 4 adults (we had two parents and two adult daughters). It would also nicely accommodate a family with 4 smaller children. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious with ample closet and storage space. The second bedroom has a second full bath conveniently located adjacent. The living and dining space were a comfy size. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Unit was clean but dated. View was partially blocked by good-sized palm tree. Water pressure in unit is mediocre if more than one faucet is open or when toilet is flushed. Hot water heater is insufficient for hot tub. Deck furniture was nice but way too many cracked tiles that pinch bottom of bare feet. Building is beginning to show its age — one of two elevators in west building worked only one day during our visit. Too, sand all over carpet in front of and around neighbor’s entrance was left for numerous days. Neither front door (deadbolt) nor sliding glass door would lock. I wonder about building management team staying on top of some issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely time visiting Orange Beach, Alabama. Unfortunately the weather was on the chilly side so we did not stay too long on the beach. Having the indoor pool and jacuzzi was a blessing. The condo was nice but surprised no beach towels, chairs or umbrella provided (they are in other places we have visited). The ice machine in the u it makes a lot of noise when the water filling it turns off. Not sure if the water is being filtered because after adding to my drink, my drink tasted funny so we just made our own ice with filtered water and an ice tray.

The property itself and location were great. The room however was not cleaned well before arrival. The ice machine was very moldy and gross so we were only able to use that for filling our cooler. We had to buy lots of bags of ice to use for drinking
