Great for baseball weekend

Very nice urban property. Great spot for baseball road trip. Easy to access transportation to ballpark and downtown. Rooftop view was a treat. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Rented the house with a group of graduate students from North Carolina attending the AOTA conference. Was able to comfortably sleep everyone with enough room for luggage. With multiple bathrooms, everyone was able to get up and out on time. The rooftop patio was an awesome bonus to an already great home. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Roots picnic weekend stay

We stayed for the roots picnic music festival and the property was beautiful located in a beautiful neighborhood. My one feedback is there is a missing pullout bed in on of the rooms. Otherwise the accommodations were great!

Perfect family stay 10

Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect.

Excellent host, beautiful home, good location

This home is clean and beautifully renovated. The host was easy to correspond with and always immediately responsive. The home is also located in a central location with easy access to all parts of the city. Parking can be slightly challenging but we were always able to find a spot about a block away. The view from the rooftop deck is the stunning Philly sky line. Great place to stay!

No Water Service!

I had booked a weekend stay for a group of friends and up until arrival all was well. Upon check-in it was found that the water at the property had been turned off by the water company. As a result, the property was uninhabitable. How could the place have been cleaned prior to our arrival with no water? Since my traveling group required a place to stay and VRBO offered no alternatives, the property owner offered another property which we eventually stayed at out of desperation and nowhere else to go. However, the new property was over 2 miles away from the property we had booked and our original reservation was based entirely upon the location. We had to take multiple car share trips back and forth over the course of the weekend. This new property also had one less bed than the property we had booked, causing a member of our group to have to sleep on the floor. Additionally, the location of this new property had a bedroom directly adjacent to a major highway(I-95), the noise from which made it extremely difficult for those in that bedroom to sleep.

Very beautiful home and great neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, and the rooftop had an amazing view of the entire city. I loved how close of a walk it was to the Italian market and South St.

Very spacious townhouse. Plenty of room for people to stay. Clean amenities. Rooftop was amazing but could have been furnished a bit better. Did not have a hard time finding parking on the street for 1 car. Be prepared for stairs! Don’t recommend having any packages shipped to the house due to risk of them being stolen off porch.

Very large 4 bedroom to accommodate your group. Fantastic Philly skyline views form the roof top deck. Great place to explore Philly from.

Beautiful Roof Top patio!

We came in for a concert and our Rental canceled 2 days before so we were glad to get this place! Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy to Uber around or walk to restaurants or museums. Parked around the corner on 16th and it was free . Very happy! Would stay again ! Thank you !!

Guys’ Trip

Stayed here in Philly with a group of 9. The house was perfect for the size of our group. Great location in a safe neighborhood, close to bars and restaurants. The roof deck with skyline views was icing on the cake. On the down side, there weren’t any extra blankets for the futon or air mattress, but that’s it. There were other nice features and thoughtful touches throughout the property that made it really nice. Owner was very responsive and friendly. A great experience all around.

Major Items were Great

As the title states, the big picture features and items were fantastic! Perfect? No, there were several small things I want to alert the owner to. Pots and pans were very lacking. My group was hoping to have a group meal cooked there one night but could not do so because of a lack of cooking pots and pans which every kitchen should have. The dishwasher was missing the small door which held a soap pod. This caused the dishwasher to cycle over and over. The couch in one bedroom had a very loose arm on it. I point these things out for the benefit of the owner. Address those small items and this house will be a home run for subsequent renters. Would I rent there again? Absolutely!
