The Bancroft Belle!

Two story beautifully updated and contemporary house with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, modern technology features, and fenced-in spacious back yard, located in the heart of city just south of Downtown Omaha 5 blocks from the Zoo. Well furnished, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops. Great living and dining area with downstairs bonus area for family/kids to hang out. Fast internet and all smart TVs! We put a lot of love, time and effort and you will love the result! We sure do :)
The house is less than 5min drive to Downtown Old Market area, 2min drive to Henry Doorly Zoo, and Lauritzen Garden. CHI Health Center and TD Ameritrade Ball field is 2 miles (7min drive). Omaha’s airport is less than 5 miles away and only 10 min drive.
The main floor consists of:
Kitchen has all granite counter tops, new black stainless steel appliances, and plenty of amenities to be able to eat in if you so desire.
Living room has comfortable couch, hand crafted coffee table and end table, additional bench seating space and a 65” Smart TV for your entertainment.
Dining area has a big hand crafted table, designed for our house to seat 8 people.
The master suite comes with a hand crafted wood bed frame and queen size memory foam bed for a great night sleep, a night stand and dresser that were hand crafted to match the bed design, a 50" smart TV. Main Floor has 1 full bathroom for both bedrooms on main level.
Upstairs consists of:
2 Bedrooms, 1 with a queen room and one 2 Full beds
Basement bonus family/kids area (23'x12') has 55” Smart TV installed for the kids to hang out. Setup with gaming chairs, bean bag chairs, and lounge chair. This could also be pushed aside to setup airbed.
Full Bathroom a tub and shower.
The house is equipped with a washer and dryer on main floor available to our guests.
Front has covered porch and back deck table and plenty of seating.
There is plenty of parking in the Driveway for off street parking well with motion lights for the evening.

Great location. Beautiful home that is nicely furnished. Has everything needed in a home away from home. Lots of room, perfect for family meals, games, or movie nights. Easy access to the home and great host.

Location was easy to find. We arrived at midnight and we felt safe carrying our bags in. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Property was good. It could use kitchen hand towels, dish rags, bigger frypan and a griddle. The grill was pretty shaky but it did work. Air fresheners would be a plus. Neighbors did partially block the drive way on a couple of occasions and they usually had street parking used up. Everything else worked as it should.

Great Stay!

Large home with lots of charm
Big fan of the helpfulness of the property manager
the location worked well for getting to the downtown event we came to Omaha to attend
this home was one of the nicer properties on the block but I felt safe & the property was well-lit
the off street parking was great for our two cars & we had plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for accommodating 5 adults & one teenager
we would definitely stay here again if we visit Omaha with all of family again!

Great Location!

Perfectly located between between the happening areas between Council Bluffs and Omaha. Right up the street from the Zoo and minutes from the Mid-American Center. House was the prefect size for our group. Wonderful to have the 3 full bathrooms.

Excellent Place to Stay in Omaha

This was a wonderful property. Stayed here to attend the BRK Shareholder's meeting. Jeremy was excellent in communication as well as hosting us. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Great place

It was a great house with no frills, but plenty of space for our family of 6. We really liked that it was so close to what we were in Omaha to do also. The neighborhood had a lot of houses packed in with lots of traffic day and night. Coming from a small town, that was a difference for us. But no one bothered us or said anything to us and it was fine. All in all, it was a great place to stay for a short vacation.

Was in town for a hockey tournament and was able to stay here for the same price as a hotel. Plenty of space to hang out and a nice patio.

First family trip

We loved the location of Bancroft Bell in regards to distance from the Zoo and Old Town. The house was very nicely remodeled and worked great for our family of 7
 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on main level, 2 bedrooms and larger bath upstairs, and another bath with shower in finished basement. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. We had a minor issue at 10pm one evening and he responded immediately. The only downfall is the neighborhood. It is a little rundown and at first appears unsafe but we had no problems at all.

Virginia meets Nebraska

I booked this house because it had a main floor bedroom and bathroom as well as ramp access for my mother who struggles with stairs. Unfortunately my parents were unable to join us due to a medical emergency. My husband, my sister in law and I loved this beautiful home! Clean and comfortable! Close to everything! Ample parking! Great water pressure too! There was so much room for at least 6 more people to easily spread out and relax. Excellent step by step check in and check out instructions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bancroft Belle - Omaha

Perfect area. You can see the Zoo, Joslyn Castle, the pedestrian bridge and only a few miles from the airport! The house definitely has a historic flare with plenty of room for parents and kids!

Great location for our Zoo trip

Being just a couple minutes from the zoo, this property worked perfectly to get family together for the weekend. The property manager was quick to reply to questions and very easy to work with.
