Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Beautiful condo

The condo views were beautiful with a nice, large balcony to sit on. The appliances were a bit outdated and there was no frying pan available. We had no kitchen trash can but the front desk delivered one to us once we asked. The rooms were very large and clean. There were water stains on the walls but the condo overall seemed clean and well maintained.

Not what it seems to be

Not clean!! Very outdated!! I only gave a star because I had to … to write the review. Lights in hall doesn’t work and in a previous review management said they fixed that problem after another guest complained! They did not fix it. Cracks in dishwasher, rusted, old appliances… nasty carpet! The room had an awful smell. Before management replies and says “had we known” THEY DID!! They were made aware and all we got was an I’m sorry! Well I’m sorry I wasted my money staying there! We stayed last year and it was amazing! This year was terrible and we will book somewhere else next time. Also, our first room didn’t have a washer and dryer or dishwasher so we got moved to this unit so I couldn’t look at photos as we didn’t originally book this unit. The one we booked was extremely nice!! It was penthouse… only it didn’t have the appliances I needed for a 9 day stay.

Incorrect information on website and horrible couch.

Pools and location to the beach were good. Room except couch wasnt bad. 1st issue: The site states we have Waterpark tickets starting memorial day. This is not correct even though I called and verified before booking. The paper work you get at check in has it on there starting memorial day, but the tickets do not start until June 4th. I spent most of my first day on the phone and all they offered was $100 credit which didn't even cover the cost to buy the Waterpark tickets. We choose this place due to the water park tickets as another location would have worked better for all we were doing but didn't have the Waterpark tickets. 2nd: As others have stated the couch is absolutely horrible. I couldn't even sit on it. We pulled out the fold out bed to see it was folded incorrectly and the mattress was even worse than the couch, so glad we didn't have to use it. 3rd Didn't realize until the last night that 2 eyes on the stove didn't work. Last but not a big deal there is no broom I'm the unit so couldn't sweep up.

This unit was okay but I’ve stayed in nicer ones at Baywatch. Kitchen and living room need to be updated. However, everything functioned and it was fine. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was clean.

Confusing

Understanding the parking to unload and finding a cart was nearly impossible. Later, my floor had flooding during heavy rains.. the parking garage was dark and I saw two or three near accidents. The entrance gate was broke and in open position for a day. On the positive side, excellent location and facilities

Baywatch

We love Myrtle Beach and go every year. This was our 4th stay at Baywatch and we have loved it the last 3 years. However this year the rates increased, they demand you pay half up front then they deduct the rest 30 days prior from your account 🙃, no housekeeping service at all ( if we can go anywhere without a mask then the housekeeping staff can do their jobs), very limited towels, sheets etc, not enough lawn chairs so the staff try to micromanage the lawn chairs, gift shop is now only for ice cream apparently. The unit itself needs updated. Not impressed with new management at all.

Aweful

This room smelled horrible. The stove was rusted. The curtains were dry rotting. There were holes in the wall, and pieces of the wall in the floor. I don't recommend this!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Saw multiple ROACHES! I had to SPRAY AND LIGHT CANDLES because the room had a funny smell. The lights in the hall wasn’t even working.
