Step out onto the 13th floor balcony, spanning 26 feet, for stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy dining from the balcony or around the family dining table. Inside there's seating for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

NOTE: The indoor pool is temporarily closed (March-April) due to pool chemical imbalance. No date has been determined by the HOA for re-opening the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is heated to 85 degrees.

The fully appointed kitchen features refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, & essential preparation utensils plus small applicances like toaster, blender, hand mixer, both Keurig & regular coffee makers. Extras include smoothie maker, large George Foreman Grill, pizza maker, snow cone maker, crock pots & an abundance of serving dishes.

The oceanfront main bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands & flat screen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters and double sinks. Separate glass shower enclosure with jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you. 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen beds and en-suite bathroom. 3rd bedroom is also 2 queen beds and shares the hall bath. Bedrooms include ceiling fans and flat screen ROKU TVs. Free wireless internet access is available in the unit.

Crescent Shores offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness area. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. Some beach supplies are included, but additional beach items (umbrellas & chairs) are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Watersport rentals are available on the beach. Next door, Molly Darcy’s is an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating. Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream & hotdog grill, plus mini-golf.

Barefoot Landing is only 3 miles away & along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful nature setting with fun & excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the family. Tour & relax at Duplin Winery. Weekly fireworks displays & Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers live theater productions (seasonal shows) while House of Blues offers great concerts. The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have great family shows. The marina offers boat and jet-ski rentals, charter tours & dinner boat cruises.
