Great condo!
The place was fantastic! Looks just like pictures. The balcony view was amazing. Watched several sunsets and sunrises from there and the beach. Very comfortable beds and place was very clean. We will definitely visit again.

Would stay again
We loved the size of the room the space in each bedroom and bathroom was excellent. My family and myself would definitely stay there again. Booking was easy and checking was a breeze. Everything was really great. Thanks again Vacasa for everything.

Vacation
We found a couple of small roaches in the condo. Even found one in the dishwasher. The elevators were scorching hot, could've used a small fan in there. Overall we liked the room layout and location.

This home was exactly as pictured. Cleaned well and provided everything we needed for a weeks stay. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a lifesaver and definitely a must with any future reservations! This home fit 7 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus!

When we arrived check in was at 4 they didn’t get done cleaning it until 5:30. No sheets for pull out bed only one extra dirty blanket in master closet. But other than that it was in a nice location and had nice pool area

Nice view thats all
I stayed on 10th floor it had all basic needs. Floors have never been cleaned. Someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night had to call police. Very outdated furnishing. Never staying there!

They have a lot of work to do
Management was great. But just as they asked you about you tell them to send you some updated pictures of improvements before you rent this unit. Some people don’t mind but my class of people do. Would I visit again yes once they do some updates to their units they are very much dated. Also cleaning is needed if you do rent without any updates bring your cleaning supplies..
wonderful, wonderful view of the ocean is what takes you there..

Disappointing
The unit 1005 needed a better cleaning. Walking on the floors barefoot made your feet black. Rug under dining room table had not been vacuumed. Counters in kitchen were not completely wiped down. High humidity in condo. Floor was always sticky.
Bahama Sands itself has gotten worse since last year. Stayed for a week last year and not any problems. This year the lazy river was closed and green, both hot tubs were cold, only one shower area coming off the beach. This caused long waits. Last year there was 2 shower areas.
We will not be returning to Bahama Sands.

Not well maintained property..noisy
This property was dirty and not well maintained. Ceiling fans loose above beds. Sand in carpet. Shower handle loose with exposed metal. The furnishings were broken down. Sleeping in the bedrooms by the windows and door was loud. Could hear loudly doors slamming all night long . People running and sounded like ra cinggrocery carts down the hallways. Loud laughter. Kept me and my kids up most of the night. Had to wear shoes at all times or our feet were so dirty. Needs some improvement for the price we paid. Only plus we found was a beautiful view once we got out the sliding glass doors that were stuck and hard to open and harder to close.

Great View, Disappointing Pool Experience
The views are really great! Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Unit could use a deep clean as there was per hair on baseboards, splattered dirt on some of the doors, and couch pillows were dirty. The indoor pool was heated and swim-able for one day. We called the front desk and Vacasa but we’re told the HOA handles the pool. It was never fixed and was actually drained the last few days of our stay. The pool was the deciding factor for us staying so we were very disappointed.

Perfect location but..
The location of the condo was great! Loved keyless entry and ease of parking. The condo was advertised as being luxury. It was basic at best. The kitchen was beautiful but it was not well stocked at all. The furniture was not
very comfortable. The floors were sandy and there was no way to clean it up. There was a broom but no dust pan. The master bath was spacious but the shower curtain did not fit the tub., it was too short. Overall, the location was great, staff was friendly but we will choose another place to stay when we return.

could have been better
On the day my family and I arrived there was a used towel hang in on of the bathrooms. The celing in two place was falling down, there was a black mark on the wall, and on the back of one of the bathroom door, and the bathroom with the double sink, the sink would stay clogged up. I reported all of this to Vacasa via phone and notified the Main office at the location.

Great place for families
Very nice and clean room. Very quiet and peaceful. Only complaint, asked housekeeper for more towels m wash clothes. They never brought any so we just washed them.

Plenty of space
Nice spacious bedrooms, beds were ok. Floors were dirty, could not go barefoot. Carpet and furniture should have been replaced years ago. Shower leaked around tub and was reported when we left.
