The three-season sunroom is perfect for playing a board game together, throwing darts, or challenging each other to foosball. Whip up something delicious in the colorful full kitchen (featuring a breakfast bar and touch-free faucet) and store bottles from your visits to local vineyards in the formal dining room's wine storage fridge. If you're coming back from the beach (or the shared community pool!), rinse off in the outdoor shower with a bonus changing area. Just set the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer and relax in front of the gas fireplace.

When you're ready to head to bed, this home has plenty of options to choose from. The first bedroom is just past the laundry room on the ground floor and features a king bed, plus an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. All the other bedrooms are upstairs, starting with the second bedroom just to the right of the top of the staircase (featuring one queen bed). Down the hall, the third bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A hallway bathroom can serve the guests staying in this room. The final, main bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony with a garden and neighborhood view. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan.

This home may be set in a neighborhood, but Fenwick Island State Park is just over three miles away! You'll have a gorgeous stretch of beach only three miles east of you, plus more options that extend all the way down to Ocean City Beach. Seasonal visitors can enjoy Thunder Lagoon Waterpark (just under three miles away), while guests that are a little young for the beach will enjoy time at Northside Park (four-and-a-half miles away). If guests would like to sample the local vintage, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Costa Ventosa Winery and Vineyard, and Windmill Creek Vineyard & Winery are all within 11-and-a-half miles of this home.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
