Very clean, great neighborhood. Plenty of room for 3 families with small children. Upstairs photos don’t do it justice on how large the upstairs living room is. Great property that is only a 5 min drive to the beach. We will return!

Beautiful and clean house located in a central location. Beds were very comfortable. Bethany beach was a short drive, or you can take the trolley bus (which was only available on weekends). In the listing it said the pool is included and the indoor pool, however you do have to pay 45 per person over the age of 16 to use only the outdoor pool. The pools were great for little kids as well as adults. Overall a great vacation was had and everyone enjoyed the house. Thank you for hosting!

As noted directly in our listing description, the community association charges a mandatory $45 fee per person for renters to use the outdoor resort pools and other clubhouse amenities. Additionally, the separate indoor pool facility is strictly restricted to property owners and is not a guest amenity. We wIll make sure to emphasise this in our description! Enjoyable Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay here with our family. The backyard is big enough to play in and the rooms were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and new feeling and we enjoyed using the beach chairs at the beach.

Wonderful family vacation

We found the house very clean. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beach was a short drive way and everyone loved being there. The property manager was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Beach Club

Our group had a great stay at Beach Club. The house was very spacious for our group of 10 and is in a great location with only a 5 minute drive to Bethany Beach. The pool, clubhouse, and fitness center are very nice. We enjoyed sitting out back with the propane fire pit at night. The house has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. Brian was a great host as he was easy to contact and responded to our questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable home

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It was conveniently located and close to everything. The house was very clean. Three things you could do to make it better would be adjust the temperature, it was much too cold, several doors creak horribly and a few blankets would be nice.

Hello, we are the new owners Brian and Irina. This is our third year renting this house to guests. There are plenty of towels there now! Each bed has 1 comforter, one quilted coverelette and one throw blanket! On top of that we are offer to get Bedlinen and towels so you w haul huge loads in the cars. Please come back and stay with us!

Fabulous Home

My family and I stayed at this property for 8 nights in August 2025. It is perfect and pristine!! Large and spacious with every amenity of homeand then some!!! My children loved swimming in the Beach Club’s pool, playing billiards and working out in the Beach Clubs fitness center. I have been coming to Bethany Beach for close to 60 summers and this was hands down the BEST house we have ever stayed in!! We plan to be back!!!

Great Family Vacation

House was very comfortable for our large group. Close to everything. We never used the pool, as we spent most days at the beach, but was nice to have available. Great stay!

A great stay in Ocean View!

My family and I had a terrific stay in this new home in Ocean View! Just a short drive from the beaches, the location was quiet and very spacious. The owners spent a lot of attention to detail, right down to resort-named themes for each of the five bedrooms. There were toys for children, beach chairs and an umbrella, and a fully functional kitchen. The house lacked nothing for your stay. It is a beach development community so there are the usual amenities you would expect; clubhouse, outdoor pool, fitness center, etc. There was a small problem with the AC since it is a brand-new home, but Andrew (the owner) was quick to respond and had it fixed in no time. I would absolutely love to stay here again!
