ARE WE BEAR YET is located in the Alpine Mountain Village Resort. This luxurious cabin resort has custom quality log cabins in the heart of Pigeon Forge yet tucked away in the natural wooded beauty of the Smoky Mountains. ARE WE BEAR YET is a two story, one bedroom, one bathroom cabin perched on a ridge overlooking the mountains making it the perfect place to relax and refresh inside or outside. Upon entering, you will find a tastefully decorated cabin boasting cathedral ceilings, stacked stone fireplace, queen sofa sleeper for the kids, 45-inch HD flat screen TV, DVD, wifi and an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot in the living room.

The master suite is on the main floor, has a 25-inch HD flat screen TV and a jacuzzi tub or step right outside on the back deck to relax in the hot tub. The upstairs loft features a game room with pool table, pub table, board games and a 25-inch flat screen TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (drip style & K-cup), blender, slow cooker, silverware and quality cookware. Or if you prefer, there is a gas grill on the deck where you can relax on the porch swing and rocking chairs.

Alpine Mountain Village Resort offers two swimming pools, covered pavilion area, walking trails, a beautiful spring-fed brook and a wedding chapel. This quiet, serene mountain setting is only 1/2 mile from Pigeon Forge Parkway and very convenient to all the local activities. There are no steep hills or winding roads to access the cabin. Nearby attractions are only minutes away whether you are an outdoor enthusiast venturing into Smoky Mountain National Park or you want to enjoy the many activities and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be we know you will enjoy your stay at our no smoking and no pet cabin. ARE WE BEAR YET can accommodate 2 adults maximum (4 total with including all children). You must be at least 21 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Alpine Mountain Village Resort.

Great Location
Excellent cabin in close proximity to the main strip, yet nestled in a secluded neighborhood. Great amenities and served us well for exploring Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and surrounding areas.

Great location
Overall we loved the cabin. It was very cute and had a great location. However, I had 3 issues. 1.The bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep in. I bought an air mattress and used that instead of Aslan's stone table. 2. We only had one wash cloth until we located the rest in the dryer (where they had been left to air dry) on the last day. 3. The thermostat was only partially functional.

Empty Nesters
The cabin was I feel the perfect size for a couple ! The Temperature was unchangable at 68 very comfortable and relaxing, kitchen supplied with all you need plus the location is quiet and convenient in 5 minutes my favorite places in Pigeon Forge and off to anywhere is close, plus we made no service calls yay!

Rent Cabins and Condos is a small management company that started in 2012 by Craig Hubbell with the rental of his own properties in Pigeon Forge and the gulf coast. In no time and through word of mouth he had property owners in his development in Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas reaching out. Properties come and go over time but he managed 27 properties over the years, but his most favorite part of Pigeon Forge was spending time with his grandkids and making sure they were extra spoiled. Sadly, Craig passed away unexpectedly in 2023, however his daughters stepped in to run the business and continue in his footsteps providing great customer service to all of the guest and welcoming back his many past guest who return year over year. The current properties being managed range from 1- 5 bedrooms with many in the same resort communities so if you want to plan large gatherings, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can help accommodate your needs. We look forward to hosting you soon!
