Thank you Anne. You and your party were the ultimate guests. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back very soon!

Thank you for highlighting the beauty and comfort of Arrowfield. You and your family were wonderful guests, and we hope to welcome you back in soon.

Nicole and her family were excellent guests and we hope to see them again next year or sooner. The two bedrooms that do not have window treatment will have this September. They were ordered this Spring and we are just waiting for their shipment. The remaining bedrooms do have shades/curtains. Since the home is very private and the views lovely, it has been debatable. But we understand completely and have taken care to address it before your next stay.

Thank you, Rob for your review. You and your family were a pleasure. You took great care with our home and enjoyed we very much the banter and excitement on your last day accomplishment with your grandchildren! Hope you do all come back next summer. Best, Kimberly, Stephen, Max, and Ava

Lisa- Very glad that you enjoyed your stay even if the fit was not exact. We take very seriously guest's reviews and always address their responses. We have many multigenerational guests and many who are octagenerians. The house is perfect for larger family gatherings. Including this summer, the home was very well suited for their needs and exceeded expectations as noted from their reviews. As for your comments: The number of showers is clearly in the house details so it should have not been a surprise. However, we are considering adding a third shower to the five full baths later this year. The bat was due to someone leaving a door open. We are in the country and it is important to remember that. As for the lighting, most rooms and hallways have 2-4 fixtures. It has never been an issue. However, I understand that your mother recently was hospitalized and these concerns could have arisen from this fact. Value for the home has never been an issue with guests who appreciate the uniqueness, beauty and comfort of the home and property. But I also understand that it all depends on what is most important to the guest and what they personally value most at the time of their stay.

Thank you so much Nicole and so glad that you have enjoyed! You and your family are always very welcome here as you are terrific guests!

Thank you for the review. Just want to be clear on the seventh bedroom as per this guest's review. The room is as the same size as the masterbedroom and has an en suite full bathroom. It is a private and large bedroom. There is a down feathered twin sized oversized lounge chair and a Shabby Chic full sofa bed as well. In the bedroom description it mentions the type of bed so there are no surprises. The seven upstairs bedroom's comfortably sleep 12 and can sleep an additional two if needed for a total of 14. The downstairs room with the rollout bed is also clear in VRBO description. It has a rollaway twin bed currently but a pull out sofa bed is arriving this Fall. This room is normally used if the guest cannot use stairs. It does have it's own airconditioning if needed. The entire home is airconditioned. It was not indicated or clear if that room would be used as the guest only confirmed seven adults and five children for a total of twelve on the booking. Once again, the description of the type of bed is clear in VRBO description. These descriptions were also mirrored in the house details sent to the guest separately once booked. As for the bathrooms, there are five full baths upstairs with two that have showers. Most are en suite. Seven total baths in the home. We try to answer all questions and requests of guests before and upon arrival. We strive for guests to have an optimal experience at Arrowfield. In this case, there were no questions on the above and judging from the review, not sure if all the details were read. It also may be that more than twelve guests were staying at the home if these details became such an issue for the guest. However, so very glad that they did enjoy their time here and the home.

Thanks so much for staying at Arrowfield and so glad you enjoyed! We will attend to the doors this winter as this is the first we have heard and thank you for telling us. As for the mosquitos, we will be treating the house organically next summer. It was quite a wet season!
