Nestled cliffside overlooking the endless view of the Pacific. This home offers a dead-end private drive within walking distance to the Port of Brookings Harbor.

The living area features a pellet stove and a wide-open floor plan with an upper deck overlooking the comfortable furnishings. The breakfast bar is unique, with raised bench seating on one side and tall bar stools facing the kitchen. You'll also find a four-seat wood dining table.

The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, with a small deck off the bedroom.

Climb the unique staircase to the upper deck, where you'll find a lofted room featuring a queen futon and twin bed, then go up one more step to another bedroom with a double bed and two more twin beds. The newly constructed 1/2 bath is in the lofted living space.

Every space features clean ocean air, and you'll find endless ocean views from nearly every room in the house. If you are looking for the perfect beach getaway and want to be the captain of your ship - this is the home for you. The rustic wooden finishes, lofted ceiling, and distinctive staircase leading to the large wood-beamed room overlooking the living area give this home a unique and relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to let everything go and escape to the ocean!
